Walls are thin and a couple were very loud. However staff eliminated the problem quickly. Microwave was outdated.. kinda confused me at first. Also the dryer was never ending 😂 but the staff helped me as much as possible.

We booked a King bed room and requested a first floor room. We got an email saying yes But when we arrived the only room available on the first floor was two double beds. The beds were rock hard, but we needed to be on the first floor (no elevator in motel). Did we pay for a King room and get a smaller room?

Motel was close to the freeway. It was one of the lowest price in the area. It was open when we arrived at midnight. That’s it. I’m done, that’s it.

I did not like the $20 per dog fee. If you are pet friendly, don't be charging me for each pet. You can have a limit in numbers and size of pets allowed but $40 is way to much to add to an already high hotel stay. We were not informed of any available breakfast feature. The place was so busy with a small parking lot, it was difficult to drive around the building. There is no elevator. The toilet in our room was slow leaking (from the hose in the wall.) so the floor was always wet. There was only 1 chair in the room and it was an office chair. Towels and washrags was very poor quality and tub was dirt.

I loved no carpet in the doggy room. I loved being on the first floor as my husband and I both can not do stairs. The color and décor of the hallways and rooms was nice.

Loud people in the halls. Got to my assigned room and the bed was a mess and trash on the floor. They promptly fixed it by giving me a different room, but come on. Get your act together to begin with.

There was no breakfast. The orange juice wasn't blended properly. The location was adequate for where I was going. It was off the main road and the view wasn't scenic. They were remodeling everywhere. There were areas not painted, areas where there was spilled paint, items not repaired, the shower diverter didn't work and the door safety lock was installed wrong. It was one of the most uncomfortable beds, I ever had to try to sleep on. I had difficulty getting to sleep and I hurt all over when I got up. I believe on the first night, there was a dog barking in the room next to mine.

The best thing was the staff. The desk clerk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Noisy in the halls because of renovations but manageable. No breakfast, though it was advertised. Pillows were uncomfortable. People upstairs were noisy in the night walking around so hard to sleep.

Room was clean. Location was convenient off the highway. Staff was friendly and apologetic as the place is undergoing renovations so amenities were not as advertised. Bed was comfortable.

Under renovation. Strong smell of paint throughout the room necessitated opening the window all night to air it out. No breakfast. Some smoke detectors in the hallway still covered with plastic from painting, a fire code violation. Wi-fi in most of the building not connected to the internet.

Clean, good size room. Nice staff. Would have been better review had renovation not been underway.

They always mention in booking.com that the breakfast is included and it is not true. I told them about it and they did not made the correction. they only provide the apple and orange juice and coffee with creamer. not real milk.
