We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesEverywhere was dirty, dingy floors in the room, you could see on the carpet it had not been vacuumed, and fingerprints on the lamps and furniture. I slept for a few hours with the lights on. Was not a comfortable stay at all. People were working on cars in the parking lot and loud motors running till after midnight and doors after 1 am. When I arrived 3 men with no shoes on, scantly dressed were outside sitting in dining room chairs at the ft door on their phones. Doors open to the rooms on the first floor. looked very seedy!
Did not eat as the kitchen was dirty and dingy. and it looked like family members of the management were there. I stood there looking and they didn't even acknowledge my presence as I was there to check out until I finally said something.

United StatesI did not like my stay there. It was super outdated. When I went to check in I was not greeted. My door would not open and the front desk person had to help me open it. She told me I have to push the door super hard to get it opened. While in my room it was so smelly. The floors felt sticky, the curtains had white fluid on them, and overall it was the smelliest room I have ever been it. It was so dirty. There was no breakfast ready by the time they said it should have been so we couldn’t even eat there.
I liked that it was close to the interstate.
