You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The smoke alarm was in the dresser drawer. Outside of hotel needs attention- faded paint. Looked like it wasn’t open .

United StatesThe room was not very clean. Under the hassock hadn't been vacuumed and there was a lot of dust on the wall decorations. We did have a bug visit - only one beetle. Our feet became black walking on the carpet. The carpet was shedding, so it came right off when we washed our feet but still not okay. The hotel was hard to find because it was kind of behind another one. We were really disappointed because Howard Johnson used to be more middle of the road for motels and this one was just cheap.
The bed was okay and it was close to restaurants. Would highly recommend Newt's for lunch or dinner. Great food and very reasonable.

United StatesThe room has everything you need but it’s not brand new. The shower was a little slow to drain, the blanket showed some wear, and I couldn’t figure out how to get the cable to work, but none of those things really bothered me. As long as you’re not looking for a luxury experience you should be fine. The fridge and microwave were very useful for my longer stay and having the sofa area was a plus.
Good location, very nice staff! The morning manager Mr Jack was great to chat with, and the afternoon clerk was very sweet as well. I ended up extending my stay here twice, since it was very convenient and well priced. It also felt very safe and quiet, which was an important factor for me. Wifi was very solid. Will probably stay here again the next time I’m in town.
