The whole place smelled like stale cigarettes. As soon as you walk into the building that’s al you smell. That is my biggest complaint

This reservation was made six weeks ahead and we had a SMOKING room. Couldn’t be changed.

I didn't like the smell of weed that someone else was smoking at 2 am but understand that well, it's Illinois and it's legal. I didnt like that the outside door's locks were not working and stayed unlocked. I didnt like the tiles in the bathroom that had peeled up likely due to past water damage. I didnt like the flat pillows.

For the low cost, the room was fine for one night. It was in close proximity to a very good Mexican restaurant. The beds were comfortable. The ac was ice cold.

Smells like cigarettes. Towel racks torn off of the walls. Blood on the sheets. Room smelled like animals.i got bedbugs or some kind of chiggers from sleeping there

The hotel could really use some repairs to the parking lot. The room would be okay as far as a decent bed, but the spread on the foot of the bed was riddled with cigarette burn holes. We took it off, only to find a thin blanket with a large yellow stain...it was totally gross. The chair was stained and dirty looking, could have just used a good cleaning. The blow dryer didn't work. The cups that come individually wrapped, were found on the cabinet. I went to open one and found the wrapping already opened and wet and had an extra cup put in it either by housekeeping or the last customer. On check out, nobody was at the front desk, just a young man playing on his phone and he just said to put my keys on the desk. He was sitting there at check in doing the same thing, playing on his phone. Lastly, it was only 8am and both coffee dispensers were bone dry! I mean, really... don't offer it if you can't fill it. I am not a picky person, and only needed a place to lay my head, but this stay was a total disappointment based solely on what the condition was of everything.

We checked out hours after we checked in. Got charged both nights for the room - I did book the place without seeing it and should have known better. Absolutely NOTHING was updated since the late 1960's in this place, maybe the flooring in the rooms. It reaked of cigarette smoke and lurked of danger around every corner of the place. We didn't like anything about this place

What a dump - wouldn't stay if they paid me - liked nothing about this place!

The toilet made a vibrating noise when it was flushed. (I did give a note to the maintenance man. If they don't know what's wrong, they can't fix it.) The hallways were warm. Obviously the A/C wasn't working. The hallway windows were open and there was a fan in the hallway to help cool. There could have been more choices for breakfast, but the waffles were good.

The bed was very comfortable. Great price. Clean room. The waffles for breakfast were good. Our room was missing the lamp for the night table??. After I called the front desk, the manager and maintenance man came up within just a few minutes to give us one.

the room was disgusting. dirty. filled with crumbs. the bathroom was sinking, as if the floor was partially rotted out. the shower was so dirty. the safety bar in the shower was held together with SCOTCH TAPE. there were burn holes in the blankets. when I left the property, the side doors to the facility were wide open as were the windows, so safety isn’t exactly a priority here.

The fire alarm was deliberately dewired, the rooms were smelling of Smoke and carpets were super dusty. I can go on about the toilets, the bed sheets etc.

This hotel was horrendous. Cockroaches, urine in the bathroom floor, hair in the sink, bathtub dirty, and cigarette smoke was awful!! I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Air conditioner was very loud but super cold air. No coffee maker in room, but there was plenty of coffee in the lobby.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent.

The plumbing was bad. The tub faucet dripped, The sink would not drain and the toilet would not flush. The carpet was filthy, feet were black from dirt. Smelled musty had to use ozone device to tolerate and there was mold on the bed skirts, Received a room with double beds instead of king size bed.
