It is disgusting and the staff had no clue what they were doing. There was literally dirt caked into the light switches and corners of the room and bathroom. Random hairs on the beds when we walked in. Just utterly gross.

Location was the only redeeming quality.

Our room was not as clean as I would have liked. I found several hairs stuck to our bathroom wall. The bathroom itself could have used a deep clean. We were given a handicap accessible room (unsure why) and was not asked/told about it. The sink was a standalone sink with no vanity area to put our hygiene items. The strange thing was the entryway and bathroom door were very spacious for someone in a wheel chair but the rest of the room was cramped. The walkway between the beds and TV stand/desk was very narrow and the space between the beds was pretty narrow too. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were tiny and the shampoo didn't lather well, I recommend bringing your own. The beds and pillows weren't comfortable unfortunately, the mattress felt worn and you could feel where people had slept on each side. Both my mom and I had a hard time sleeping. "Free hot breakfast" was advertised. The only hot option was a waffle maker. Breakfast options consisted of yogurt, sliced bread for toast, apples, cereal - frosted flakes or raisin bran, prepackaged muffins, and a prepackaged refrigerated breakfast sandwich. There was a coffee and juice dispenser (orange and apple). It was really disappointing not to have any hot protein options or even biscuits/gravy. I wouldn't stay here again and would pay more for some of the nicer hotels in the area. I've stayed at many Choice Hotels and am usually really satisfied but this one definitely missed the mark.

The location was great for the purpose of our visit. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. The lobby appeared clean. The parking lot was well lit and I could see my vehicle from my room. Our room had fridge and microwave as advertised. There were plenty of outlets in the room. The room also had a cute padded bench along the window so you could sit and lookout or store your things on.

There was trash in the hallway. The bath towels had brown stains and dirty. There were suspicious males outside in the parking lot. My husband and I left to get food. When we came back the second floor reeked like marijuana. This was a NON-SMOKING hotel and there’s families with children staying there!! Around 11pm the fire alarms started going off and we ran out of our room to see what was happening. Then they stopped. We walked back into our room and the fire alarms went off and everyone started coming out of theirs rooms asking what was going on. We went to check downstairs and the people from the front desk had no clue what was happening.

Breakfast was okay. The staff was nice and friendly.

The room needs a face-lift. Too old. The carpet had a dump smell. The curtain did roll all the way.

Since I booked 3 months in advance I asked for a room on the first floor, was told "No, first floor for handicapped people. I didn't protest, but ended up with a handicapped room on the second floor with a toilet that was not firmly attached to floor and bathroom sink leaked when you turned water on. Not the wonderful experience I've had in the past at this location. Bathroom was awful. Luke warm water only. Cold showers. Very disappointed with our room. And it was our Christmas vacation.

Almost zero sound proofing. We heard everything upstairs, downstairs, hallways, and outside. As always the pictures on the website were NOT accurate depiction of the actual room. Renovations were on going, however if I would have known about it, I would have chosen a different facility.

The location was ideal for my needs.

Our room was disgusting, we had to leave and go to a different hotel. There was cat litter and hair on the floor, it was obvious the room had hardly been cleaned.

There is nothing about this hotel that I like. Charge me too much money when I was checking out. Nobody to help me find out why manager on duty. Send me an email. Have not received it yet.

I checked in The room was too small. Went downstairs and paid more money or 2 beds I have pictures of the next room bathroom was. Dirty Manager on duty gave me spray clean my bathroom.

The hotel staff was rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The hotel was supposed to be handicapped accessible and have a handicapped accessible room and did not. The woman at the front desk insinuated that persons who were not disabled had booked the handicapped rooms "weeks ago" and that there "were no handicapped accessible rooms currently available" despite the hotel confirming upon booking that they had a handicapped accessible room available.

No full-length mirror. No desk or vanity to do makeup/hair. No counter space for toiletries. The TV cable system was difficult to use; the remote batteries went dead.

Everything very dated. Carpeting is dirty and stinky! Rooms lack space to move around. Requests from housekeeping were not met. My original room I had reserved was accessible, but when I stepped inside, it reeked of what seemed to be pet urine; maybe cat. I immediately went downstairs and the lady on duty did the best she could to make things right. There was only one room left and of course it wasn't accessible. Oh well. I had to spray my room with Febrez because of the smell of the old, dirty carpet and outdated bedspread. The hallway smelled old and musty too albeit the main floor. I had requested extra washcloths and for trash to be emptied. It didn't happen. I had to deal with trash all weekend! The complimentary breakfast was nothing to brag about. Only one flavor of muffins to choose from. As for bread, white only and it was either day old or previously frozen because it was dry and crumbly. The best thing was the cold apple juice. Staff was friendly. The woman who checked me in on Friday afternoon was the most helpful. She didn't argue about what I shared of my original room reeking of urine. She got me switched out. She also provided a refund for a soda that ate my $. Apparently some items in their vending machines are not coded and the soda machine isn't recognizing bills vs change. 🙄 I bought microwave popcorn in the food vending machine. It tasted old. Gross! The TV set up sucked royally! You can't enter a channel. System is set up that you can only channel up or down to find something to watch. Also you can't watch uninterrupted. System is set to turn the TV off after 60 minutes. Pain in the ass having to keep turning it back on. I will NOT be staying here again. But if you absolutely HAVE to stay in area, at least you are out of the elements.
