The room was beaten up pretty good. All the food furniture had scratches and wood chipped away on them, hair left in the bathtub, no backing over the battery on the remote control. The outside was dangerous and FULL of homeless folk. There was loud construction banging in the hallway at 1130pm that lasted for an hour. Also the biggest annoyance was the property says they offer breakfast, THIS IS FALSE! They only offer coffee. Nothing more. I was furious, I only choose locations that offer breakfast, and there was none. UPDATE YOUR BIO and what is OFFERED.

It was close to where I needed to travel to.

Bed was bent in shower leaked and shot water up to the vent which then leaked on you. Toilet would get stuck after you flushed it. Fan in bathroom did not work cooler barely worked hair dryer was broken and did not work. Tv was loose and almost fell of the stand. Remote for TV was missing the battery back cover.

Staff was friendly quick to answer questions and help out when we needed extra towels and stuff.

reserved and paid extra for a handicapped room; when I arrived, I was told that a mistake had been made and the "handicapped room was not available". Since we were in a "handicapped" room the week prior I was aware that their handicapped room was really not a handicapped room by any other motel standards, so I said fine. The reservation said that breakfast was included which was not the case. The halls were very noisy all night long.

We canceled our room because they wanted a $200 damage deposit that would not be released for 3-5 business days which i did not know about until AFTER I paid for the room. I am still waiting on my refund. I had never heard of such a thing.

I got charged twice for the two rooms I booked, once on my debit card, and when I was asked for a $200 security deposit, I used a credit card, the 200 was credited back to me, but my debit card still shows the charges, not a good experience.

Nice rooms bed was noisy as long as we did not move it was ok, pleasant atmosphere.

Outside was filthy. Staff were annoyed by everything. No breakfast, just terrible coffee, and the other patrons were loud and ridiculous.

Said there was breakfast... Was no breakfast at all...just really awful coffee. The room was clean and the bed and sheets were clean. Shower water pressure was terrible though. Basically a homeless encampment outside.

Dirty walls in the rooms,most of the dead bolts don't engage because the striker plates are installed incorrectly, loose security latches, rude housekeeping staff, no "free breakfast" only coffee that is only made one time between the 3 hour window of availability (3 non decaf and 1decaf )( so empty by the nearing of time) and some powdered apple and orange juice... Always hypodermic needle caps in the grass or parking area..watch ur step...I'm sure there's more
