Rooms were mostly clean, will the important parts. Down the side of the fridge was a little dirty.

Unfortunately there is just a small breakfast with a few chocolate bars and some coffee and juice. Our room was not clean, we found several hairs on our pillow and blanket.

Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the amusement park which is directly at Santa Cruz Beach. The rooms are convenient. The coffee is very good.

The parking situation was terrible. There is a cramped space in the back which is where I parked. The problem is that I left much earlier than some other customers, so backing out took a 10-point turn with just 2-3 inches of clearance to get me out of there. My car was a rental, so that only added to my anxiety. If there was another exit at the other end of the parking area there would be no problems at all.

Clean, affordable and right next to the beach. The bed was comfortable. The guy at the office was friendly and professional. It was about what I expected.

The price was way too high for a Super 8, but it was drop off week at at the college so everyone was gouging. With the prices paid, a little reinvestment into the property would go a long way. Paint, minor repairs, replacement of blankets when needed. Nothing huge but with this small effort the placed could be quite cute. If someone ruins something during their stay, charge them for it, then replace it.

Management was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Honestly to the point of being able to overlook other issues. They also cleaned very well and I had no concerns in that area. Did over look the river and had a nice upper deck outside.

When we arrived there were mattresses outside the units. The mattresses in the rooms were inferior. The bedding was stained. It had been laundered, but not well. There is no place to hang your garments in the room. No full length mirrors. It was okay, but for the money we spent for 2 days, If I had know the condition of the property I would have spent a little more for better quality, They had a pool, but the area looked uninviting. I brought my swim gear, but never went to the pool. The air conditioner in the room did NOT work. I think they knew it when they assigned us the room. We moved rooms but we noticed that they rented the room to another patron. They did not fix the air conditioning unit. I am sure it was still hot in the room.

We were able to check in at 2pm. The rooms were clean.

Looked run down, a bit dirty, noisy neighbor. No closet or hooks to hang clothes on hanger. No hair dryer in room.

Would have benefited from somewhere to hang a few clothes. Not sure how well the pools maintained. Being from England-would have liked the option of tea as well as the coffee in rooms/mornings

the parking is a bit small so if you have a large car it would be a tight squeeze. The flooring in room was new but not installed right so the boards had gaps In between them, which my toddler hurt himself walking on floor. No closet to hang jacket or sweaters.

Location was great just down the street from the boardwalk. The bathroom was clean and lighting was good. Lots of outlets to plug in items

RUDENESS, IMTIMIDATION AND PREDJUDICE

WERE RUDE AND ASKED FOR A $250.00 DEPOSIT. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPEDND TO ME. I PAID UP FRONT AND THEY WASNTED ME TO LEAVE WORK TO COME DOWN TO SWIPE MY C.CARD. I TOLD HIM I WORK FOR A COMPKANY AND WE ALWAYS TAKE C.CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE. ALSO REQUESTED A ROLL AWAY BED AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT. I GOT MAD DUE TO THE EMERGENCY SIUTATION WE WERE IN WITH THE ATMOSPHERIC RIVERS WE HAD AND HAD TO EVACUATE. I BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. WE ALSO LEFT A BRAND NEW PAIR OF MENS SLIPPERS FROM MACY'S AND WE CAME BACK AND THEY SURE TOOK A LONG TIME TO RETRIEVE TEHM. THEY WERE BRAND NEW AND I ALSO BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO KEEP THEM. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL LET THE PEOPLE HAD BAD IT WAS. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

You get what you pay for. The hotel room was dusty, bed sheets and pillow cases were thin with stains on them, missing furniture, shower floor was dirty. The fridge was not stable, kept rocking everytime you opened it. Missing part of the window shutter, had to put a towel on it so no one could see into the room.

I hate to say it but the only thing we liked was the hotel was a few minutes from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk by foot.

The mirror in the room had fallen off and it was just behind the chair. There were two mini fridges in our room, the coffee tray had water all over it. And the internet went out on Saturday night.
