I was on an emergency trip over a long weekend, so the price of the property was quite high, but then so was everything else in St George for president's day. I have stayed at this property before and the prices were much more reasonable on a normal day.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because we went out with family, but otherwise I was very pleased with this Motel. I have stayed here before, and I would stay here again.

The beds weren't as comfortable, and everything was a bit dingy. This was the cheapest lodging available over the holiday weekend, though. So, considering it was the only place in our budget, it sufficed.

The location was great for getting to Pioneer Park and a wide variety of delicious food options!

The walls are thin which would have been fine since I expected that, but the person next door decided to listen to an exuberant evangelical preacher at 2am, and the TV was on the adjoining wall... right next to my head. Only recommendation I suggest is to move TV's to walls without beds on the other side of the wall. Other than that, it was a perfectly fine experience and I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

The staff were very accommodating and nice. Parking was easy and location was central to walking for food. My dog was welcome. The room was quite clean. Furniture was aged and one light wasn't working, but I knew that would be the case so it was fine. The heater/AC worked beautifully!

The whole property seems dearly in need of renovations. Our A/C and heater unit was obnoxiously loud (to the point of preventing sleep), but given the low in the 40s, we couldn't leave it off. The sofa had a few obvious tears, and the shower head had a lot of limescale build up. Water pipes in the walls were also about as loud as the A/C and went off whenever our upstairs or next door neighbors used their water.

Facilities are shabby but clean. Desk attendant was kind and cheery despite a fairly late arrival time. Large room. Location is great, within a few minutes drive of the downtown area or shopping on the west edge of town. Appreciated a mini fridge and microwave!

The room had a lot of damage and the grout was falling off and gross in the shower. My daughter walked across the floor bare foot and her feet were BLACK.

There was really nothing we didn't like.

We were pleased to find a room as many in the area were already booked. Using Booking.com allowed us to quickly find a pet-friendly hotel. Very appreciated.

The walls were pretty thin and we could hear things 8n the parking lot and the room above us very clearly. It made it hard to sleep sometimes.

They advertise free breakfast with the room but what they offer is not breakfast. It was peanut granola bars and cream filled cookies with coffee or juice. Those are just snacks and really not breakfast items.

Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be a Madeline cookie. We stayed at a different hotel closer to the freeway that offered a huge breakfast selection and was a fraction of the price. Trash was overflowing and the walkways were dirty.

Close to restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool.

My neighbors were loud and noisy until midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Could hear every word they were saying.

The room had everything I needed even an ironing board with iron. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was super clean.

Beds could be a little more comfy but it does the job if you need some sleep. Since it was a suite I was hoping for a comfortable place for everyone to sit so a nice couch or larger table with chairs to seat 6 would have been nice. Floors were a little dusty/dirty but maybe it was just the wind or something.

Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Room was nice/not bad. Bathroom was sufficient and clean. Lots of space for a 3 bed suite, 1 in bedroom 2 in the main area. Decent looking pool area that looked well maintained but we couldn't swim since it was only a day. Breakfast was included but we did not pick any up. Oh and the ice machine came in handy...

Quick notes: Two rooms One fridge not turned on One fridge leaked water all over floor when turned up I booked two rooms with two separate reservations. One was for my sister and her husband, the other for me and mine. We were in town for my grandfather's funeral and were not looking for more than the basics...well, except that I wanted a spa tub once I discovered one was available. When my husband and I arrived our fridge was shut off, which meant having to get a bucket of ice for our tiny ice chest bag and wait for the fridge to cool down. It wasn't a problem but a little annoying since we arrived at 11:30 pm. My sister, who arrived a couple of hours earlier, turned her fridge up because it was set too low. In the middle of the night, she discovered a large puddle that originated from the fridge. It had soaked into her luggage and clothing.

Quick notes: Spa tub and suite were huge Rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa tub, which is an unusual find in a budget motel was huge and quite comfortable. The room was also plenty big, bigger than necessary, and had all the amenities we wanted. The beds were more comfortable than I expected. And everything was clean.
