Why didn’t you like? The room was clean and warm, but there were other things that needed some upgrading

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, but the motel needs some updates. No access to the pool. The side door had no outside handle to come back into the building and it just looks like it needs some overall tender, loving care. The candy machine was empty. The ice machine had a rope around it for no access, but they do need to do some upgrades

Surly staff required $100 cash deposit for 3rd party booking. Not notified of deposit in advance and had to request it back upon checkout. Shady as hell.

Getting there to check in and finding out there was a 100$ deposit which I was assured I would get back but still waiting on. If I prepaid why deposit? Also no sign of free breakfast!

Trash and food garbage, cigarette butts and smoke smell everywhere, overgrown weeds all over out front. Brush overgrown. Looked terrible...almost didn't stay..walk in shower floor was very dirty, new curtains hanging from the windows with no hooks! A very bad impression..would not recommend to others nor would I go back. Just ruined the new look with the overgrown weeds, brush, bowls of food in the grass, just bad business. So sad.

There was only one accessible outlet in the room, and it was under the desk, nowhere near the bed. Everything that needs charged has to be on the desk or in the bathroom.

1. Pool has been out of order since 2020. 2. The breakfast is basically nothing. 3. The manager removed all my luggage from the room after I extended on BOOKING.COM but didn't re-check in. 4. This is a typical INDIA ran facility and they don't do much in the form of maintenance. 5. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them.

Location was the only plus about this place.

Room was quite dirty- definitely did not vacuum before our stay as there was dog food and cat toys on the floor, pool was closed, and breakfast items were stale/old tasting.

Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was nothing to mention. I had better selection at the gas station across the street. But the coffee was good.

The facility could use some updating, looks very old. There was only one light in the room we stayed in that was not burned out or not working for some reason.

Breakfast was just waffles and a jug in bucket of ice. After being seen more then once by desk people keep confirming every time we would Come back in or leave if we really had a room it’s nice to know they ask but every time when you were seen more then once not sure.

It was located in a "less than desirable" part of town. The room itself wasn't very clean, but maybe it hadn't been renovated completely? I don't know, but, at least it was a Smoking Room! (which made it easier to overlook all the other deficiencies!)

It said it had a pool and spa but the pool was closed which they didn't say nothing about it and couldn't find the spa they had very little for breakfast

Room had an old moldy /musty odor to it. Fruit flies were flying around or gnats maybe in the room. NO BATHTUBS. ONLY WALK IN SHOWERS. NO POOL OR HOT TUB AVAILABLE (unlike other Super 8 locations). Best to stay only one night. Wasn't terrible but not the best.

The location is ideal, it's close to food places like IHOP. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Easy access to the interstate.

The room stunk. But was cool like the night clerk turned the ac on for us since I booked online. No breakfast really worth mentioning other than cereal.

Bathroom wall paints falling off. Bathroom sink light out of place. Linens are old and thin.

Room was dirty and had a bad odor. Bed linens were stained and very old, carpet and furniture was stained and dirty. Breakfast area was dirty (my husband saw two roaches on the second morning) and the choices were dry cereal and/or waffles.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was good for our plans in Wichita.
