Motel was being renovated. Pieces of items from inside the motel outside. Many unfinished areas on first floor. No king room which we paid for. Room was not cleaned well. Bathtub is in bad shape. Rolls of discarded carpets on perimeter of lot. We had a great experience at this location in May of this year. We will never come to this motel again.

The bed clothes and the carpet were stained and dirty. You could hear the people upstairs in the bed. You could hear the traffic outside. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Television was low end and did not receive major networks. Staff had no answers for improving reception. Front desk person was never at front desk and did not answer house phone. Complimentary breakfast was a joke.Nothing but waffle iron and a few bagels. No fruit. Juice dispenser and coffee machine. The low point of our visit to Winona.

The price was reasonable but fit the accommodations. Close proximity to downtown as well as restauants and shopping(Wal-Mart and Target)

Wall air conditioner unit was difficult to regulate. In general, the property is pretty worn. The TV channel listing had been placed over large holes drilled in the dresser and the bath mat had been placed over a couple of significant gouges in the tub. In general, the room was clean, but I don't like carpet in a hotel room. The breakfast area was clean and the waffle makers worked well, but there was no protein or fruit available at all. No yogurt or boiled eggs. Only waffles, toast and bagels. Wyndham should hang on to this piece of land for sure, but tear the place down and start from scratch on the hotel.

Easy to find property with a nice view. Plenty of parking convenient to entrances. Close to city's "miracle mile". Check in staff was very pleasant.

I felt it was a good value for my money... the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked directions to downtown. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Did not eat breakfast but it was offered.

Musty smell in unit. Needs dehumidifier or damprid would help. Unit above us has noisey exhaust fan. Floor made creek sound when they were walking around. Front door has light showing in around from hallway allowing noise into room. Tenant dogs from across the hall at 12:00 am . Everything in unit worked. Safety device's in place.

We enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed the waffle! Thank You We enjoyed shopping the local stores in the area. The runabout will be a nice addition to the area once completed.

My friend's Air conditioner did not work DURING A HEAT WAVE. Free breakfast was dismal. Location is extremely difficult to get in and out , especially with road construction. No pool. No comfortable lobby space. Breakfast room is too small.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hair dryer and tv worked. My air conditioner worked. I liked the multiple plug in outlet by the bed. I liked both chairs having rollout footstools.

The door to our room wouldn't shut properly,and we had to slam it hard or it wouldn't lock. The AC continued to shut off and we woke up to the room being very warm several times throughout the three nights we were there. And last but not least, the small fridge was very loud.

We didn't partake in the breakfast ,just made tea. We especially like the location as it is right under Sugarloaf Rock and 15 minutes away from visiting family. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful with questions we had.

My husband is in a wheelchair abcs hotel only has one handicap room which was occupied. We had to take a single queen bed which was really tight. Hotel did not have a elevator so only option was 1st floor .

The carpet and overall interior could use some updating/refreshing. It would also be nice to have a range of pillows on the bed, there were 3 very plush, thick ones, and I prefer thinner and firmer.

I thought the room and the breakfast were great, especially at such a budget-friendly rate! The location was perfect, just off a main road.
