It was terrible looking to the eyes. The front desk gentleman was not pleasant and the TV kept going out and he had an attitude when he had to fix it with there remote.

Where do I start... We had no bathroom light at all. But back up to entrance...smelled like a freshly smoked cigarette, come in use the bathroom in the bark because light doesn't work and neither does the toilet...won't flush guess that's why it was equipped with a plunger . Stained carpets stained blankets. Stains on top of leftover trash.we asked for extra blankets after we plugged in the broken phone just to be asked why we needed it rude on top of nasty !

I can't think of anything other than maybe the price that I actually liked about this place.but as the saying goes get what u pay for. And even at that it was a lil more than it was worth.

The carpet was quite stained. There was no blanket, only a lightweight cover. I had to turn the heat up, which dried up my sinuses and gave me a headache. The tub stopper didn’t work. There were also roaches.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

the nonsmoking room was cigarette odor. Top bed sheet had 2 cigarette burn holes, ceiling peeling and flaky in 2 areas. bathtub with large yellow stain Total was supposed to be $86.87 checkout amount was $109.61. we were told that it was a deposit that would be refund to us. So far it hasn’t been received

They lied to me about refunding the $29.95 I never got my refund on my card from two different bookings so I ended up staying from the 23rd till the 26th

When I got there they told me it would be a charge of $29.95 more that it would be put back on my card when I checked out I needed to stay one more day so they checked me out check me back in and charge me more money plus the $29.95 which neither time did they refund the $29.95 so somebody owes me $60

There are no grab bars in the bathtub, in a mobility access room. And I could barely get around the room with my walker. My wheelchair would never even be to fit around the bed.

Carpet was worn out and needed vacuuming. Bed wasn't comfortable. Housekeeping should have been better.

The fact that they had a room available on short notice. The lady that checked me in was very nice.

The phone didn't work, there was no fire detector, there were no towels. I asked for a known smoking room but had to go buy odor removing spray together the smoke out.

The room had a urine smell the closer you got to the bathroom, there was no doornob on the outside of bathroom and mold on the bottom of the entrance door.

The room stunk really bad, carpet and comforters had burn marks in them . It wasn’t cleaned. Someone’s reddish pink hair was all over the wall in the shower . At 3 in the morning a car came through bumping really loud music. Pool said online it was open. Staff said pool was still closed due to Covid -19. All outside restrictions have been lifted everyone else has their pool open.

Where to start . Charged a 25 security fee to find many things damaged : towel rack , toilet leaking from base and loose , wet carpet ( fore mentioned toilet leak ) tv had a crack in screen , mystery stains on couch . No towels in room and no phone for front desk . When I walked down to report damaged (found ) and get towels , washcloths etc , was told to come back at 10 pm. Room was not at all as picture's represent...much much worse .. At best A 65$ room ...oh did I mention only a sheet and thin top blanket on bed ..

Wet carpet in front of bathroom sink, sink stopper broken could not drain water from the sink. Suppose to be a handicapped room only one grab bar next to toilet and none inside the shower with a slick tub to stand in

this was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. blood on sheets floors were not vacuumed. The room smelled nasty when I walked in the door. The front desk staff even agreed that the hotel/motel was nasty. I would advise for anyone to pick another place to stay besides this place.
