The bed was hard. there is no elevator to the second floor I was lucky and got a ground floor room, otherwise I would have been in a bad way. I can't lift heavy items, like luggage.

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice, quiet and the room was very clean and tidy.

Only complaint would be the bed. The side closest to the door has lost its comfort! Maybe the springs, I am not sure but it was not comfortable.

Our room was next to the cleaning staff room so it was noisy in the mornings. Someone tried to come in our room in the middle of the night because they put our room number on her key card!

Microwave in the room and several breakfast items to choose from. Pool was closed but was too cold anyway. Outside access close to our room made it easy for traveling in and out.

The manager (Donna) of the property wasn’t smart enough or aware enough to look at the reservation to realize that I had already paid for my stay in advance. She then asked my wife for her debit card and charged her for our room again, when I brought it to her attention a day later after looking at both our accounts and seeing the same charge cent for cent I brought it to her attention she tried to say it wasn’t a charge on her account but only an authorization, even though my account statement clearly stated it was a charge. In the end however the charge was reversed on my wife’s account but it was just an aggravating circumstance.

Bryan was awesome, very friendly and helpful, great people skills. Nice guy, always was in a cheerful mood, he should be the manager.

Staff were extremely rude, man at the desk told me I couldn’t book another night due to the room being unavailable however I went back and asked out of curiosity and was told the room was available, so I wasn’t sure what that was about…

Lighting was dark, carpet was torn, towels laid in spots, the halls were dingy… the room was so dark, linens haven’t been upgraded in decades and carpet was gross. The vent in our room had a 1/2 in gap around the sides, the ac wouldn’t stay running all night. We had reserved two double queens and received two full size beds. The breakfast was horrible. Anytime you asked for something you got an eye roll and it took for ever.

The property from the exterior and lobby were refreshing. Once you’d yep outside of the lobby, the conditions were poor. The room was I initially very hot when we arrived took a few hours for the A/C to cool the room down :c The restroom also had limited ventilation and would get hot VERY quickly or humid from showers…The hardest part of the stay were the beds unfortunately. They were VERY VERY HARD. No comfort to be had there sadly.

The parking lot, the hotel, and the rooms were very tidy and clean. This is a strictly non-smoking location and loved that!!
