The breakfast was awful. With the price we would have expected more than just cookies and waffles. Also the personnel in the check in area was not so efficient.

Lots of street noise. Our room was facing the main street across from CBS studios. Facilities were pretty run down. Booking.com said our room had an "in-room hot tub" which seemed amazing, but really it was just a regular shower / bathtub and not even a nice one. Lots of sketchy people in and around the hotel. People that are twitchy and seem like itinerants and drug addicts. When we went to get our suitcases (the ones held behind the front desk after check-out), the dude who was checking in immediately stole a bunch of the products in the lobby as soon as the staff lady turned away. I don't fully blame him, because the prices on those items was super high.

Really nice front desk staff, which surprised me. We got a big room, with two king beds in adjoining rooms. The biggest in the hotel. They had a large parking spot behind the hotel in an alleyway that was able to accommodate our truck. It was a huge relief because the underground parking garage entrance was really tight and looked impassable to all but the smallest vehicles. They also have about 5-6 spots in a small semi-shared lot behind the hotel. Staff was willing to hold our bags behind the front desk for many hours on the day we checked out. I'm not sure how safe the items really were, but it was a nice convenience. Short Uber ride to the attractions that brought us to this part of LA.

The rooms are a lot smaller than what the pictures show. Air con is very loud in the room and the carpets are really dirty.( had to wear shoes all the time or feet were black) Breakfast is very basic and thought it might of had toast included for breakfast but only had porridge and only could add water with it.

Maintanance is bellow avarage, room door could not be completely closed, it could be locked. Staff made a mistake in extension reservation request and did not take responsability.

Road noise Things were not installed properly. Parking car in basement was really hard

Noisey air conditioning units in the room that drip all over the floor. Had to request daily room cleaning. Had to keep requesting towels as they didn’t leave enough for the amount of people booked.

From the beginning, the lady gave us the wrong room number and we couldn’t get in. The bathroom sink/basin is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Pillows were uncomfortable. Air con and fridge extremely loud. Coffee machine provided with one coffee sachet (stayed 5 nights). No milk or sugar provided. Bath in the room but no bath plug anywhere to be able to use it. Breakfast was literally a joke. No bread, pastries or cereal. Just a juice box, porridge sachet, biscuits, a banana/mandarin. Wouldn’t hold our luggage for a few hours prior to going to the airport, had to find an external luggage place.

The location was good. Close to The Grove. Aircon worked super fast. Wifi was good.

The protestors were across the streets and car kept honking at them all day till they left at night. It was horrible.

The windows and shutters where so full of dirt and just gross overall the beds where hard as a rock the pillows where so used out could hear everyone tv on paper thin walls super uncomfortable the remote to the tv did not work there breakfast was juice and donut they said cold breakfast I thought bread cereal no just a kids juice and donut soda machine was out just for what I paid it was disappointing

the side door was permanently opened and saw it used twice by “working girls” to access. not particularly great as we were staying with little kids. cleaning was not great and had to request it daily

Don't be taken in by the free breakfast, it's only cereal bars and some other stuff. We paid a bit extra for this hotel compared to others in the area because of the free breakfast only to have to go out for something more substantial to eat. Our first day there wasn't even anything available as nothing had been delivered and wasn't due until 3p.m. Nothing was offered in it's place or a refund offered for having to get our own breakfast.

Staff were friendly and the hotel is within a 30 minute drive of most places you'll likely visit. The Groove restaurant and bar area is a ten minute walk away which is really nice.

The parking garage was very small entrance and very difficult to get out. The room was very small and didn't have a table or chairs to put anything.

The parking is a nightmare to get in and out of. If you have an SUV you will hit the walls into the structure. we had to get help guiding us out. My car hit the wall because of the limited space and cars parked in awkward positions creating a hazard and damage to your car.

In the morning I found a big coachroch in the bathroom 😱 No cleaning if you don't tell the front desk when you check-in. If you tell them after you check-in, no cleaning is available according to the front desk. It was really bad service and they really need to consider sanitation.

The breakfast was not really adequate to start your day, so don’t count on that as a meal for the day.

The location was close enough to walk to the Grove and drive to any other places we were keen on. The free parking was a bonus.
