Needs a comfortable guest chair in the room. The desk chair was fine, but the little dining chair was insufficient for reading or TV.

Fresh milk for the cereals, toaster for bread and mini bagels, excellent baker for mini waffles. Jams, chilled sour cream, milk and butter, made everything tastier. Shower in room was terrific, TV, fridge, and coffee maker worked great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to provide additional coffee, towels, and paper goods. The hotel was easy to find, parking was a breeze, management went overboard to accommodate our needs.

A strong chemical smell upon entering the room, which means you are proactively engaged in resolving the problem.

Love that the location is one block off the main road - no traffic noise in the room. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The room had all the modern amenities we look for, fridge, microwave, t.v.

We booked through a third party, booking.com. They did not pass our request for a first floor room onto the property. Unfortunate, but I probably can't blame the property for that issue. The furnace in our room (219) the first night would not turn off when the room reached its temperature. When we brought it to the attention of the desk folks the next day, they didn't seem surprised. Why put us in a lousy room if you knew the furnace didn't work? We moved ourselves to a different room the next day. In this room (221), the sink drain didn't correctly open. The hotel does not clean your room for multi-night stays. They refresh your towels and empty the trash, but do not change the beds or vacuum. Maybe this is the new acceptable in a post-covid economy at a 2-star motel.

Breakfast was minimally acceptable. The only protein was frozen mini sausage biscuits. The only hot food was a waffle maker -- the kind that makes four small waffles. There was a toaster, but only mini bagels and bread. No pastries of any kind. Bananas were the only fruit. Nothing special -- minimally acceptable.

The hot water stopped working but that was not the owner's fault. The owner immediately contacted a service contractor to fix the problem. We were told that we would receive a refund for the day we had no hot water.

Room amenities, plumbing fixtures, were in some disrepair and needed attention. Bed was extremely firm. Linens were on lower end quality. Carpet appeared clean but paint was due for an update. Appeared to be a leak in ceiling. All reported to management at checkout. Apologetic but some things were obvious, hot on right cold left in lavatory sink... "bad plumber".

Easy access to lobby and room. Handicap access was good. Location was easily accessible and near this small town main drag.

Twice me and my husband felt like we were being watched by the front desk guy. He followed me into the breakfast area when I went to get silverware. He did the same to my husband when he went in there to get us coffee.

The location was close to the softball fields we were playing on.

The bedspread with the burn hole right in the middle of it disturbed me. I realize I booked a smoking room, but why would you put damaged decor on your beds? I felt kind of like I was getting punished for someone else's carelessness.

Good location, room was clean but had heavy chemical smell (cleaning/deodorizer). One bedspread had large cigarette burn right in the middle of the mattress.

We didn't have cleaning service requested on our door and they came in. They also did shut the door all the way a few times. Lastly, we have to get our key card updated daily for our door to be unlocked.

Not much really. About as good as you could ask for for the price.

Adequate, clean, no frills accommodations for one night. Came from out of town before game on Saturday. Bed was comfy, room was good size. Close to interstate and plenty of restaurants around.

When I arrived after I already paid for the room the owner of the hotel wasn’t very pleasant. And very rude. The price is ok. You might as well stay in the hotel across the street. You might get better customer service.
