It’s a motel not a hotel. Balcony carpet needs replaced. There was roaches.

You can hear footsteps from the top floor if you stay on the bottom floor, neighbors were outside talking loud at 2am

The location and the fact that the doors are on the outside of the hotel plus I’ve heard that’s where some shady activity has happened

The toilet wasn't stable the 1st day. Gentleman came by on the 2nd day and secured it. The sink leaks when letting out a full sink of water.

The room I would have had initially was small and not clean when I arrived. Staff upgraded my room to a newer unit that was very nice.

It seemed a little run down. We were expecting a hotel and not a motel.

The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased with the bed and the temperature of the room. The breakfast was very nice, too.

Only thing I didn't like was the carpet on the outside of my room was really gross but the room in my floor was just fine.

Neighbors were kind of noisy at night. They don't give you very much shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own, especially if you have long hair. The mini-fridge was a bit difficult to open. The location was weird, right next to a highway exit. Some Uber drivers got confused by it.

The staff were very helpful, they found me a room ready two hours before the scheduled check-in. The room was clean, bed was very comfy. I did notice some stains on the floor near the sink but they were tiny. Shower was very nice too, water was warm.

i didn’t like that it’s a MOTEL. I prefer hotels and this places name is very misleading. The shower nozzle was broken so it felt more like water boarding.

The lady at the front Tracy was very friendly and helpful. Though considering it’s a motel, it was very nice. i stayed in room 123 and it was very modern and clearly updated.

When we arrived, I was told they had to give away our King room with pullout sofa & we were given a choice of queen with pullout or two beds. Price was okay but there were a few problems in our room. The door to our room didn't shut properly, only one little trashcan, a few little nicks or scratches on the walls but nothing that ruined our stay. The biggest problem was the shower. It was running when we arrived & wouldn't shut off until we played around with the knob.

A little off the beaten path, easy access, friendly staff, nice breakfast, room had nice features & some seemed new.

Other cliential made us feel unsafe and were noisy, however, by the time we went to sleep, everything quieted down. Hotel has definitely seen its better days.

Cons -noisy airconditioning unit -cockroach -reverse hot and cold water knob controls in the shower -gap between door and door casing so insects can crawl in -bathroom door hit the door casing so it doesn’t lock -blanket has a small visible rip -distinct chemical smell in the room (maybe from the cleaning solutions)that attach to my shirt and personal effects -cracked bathroom wall/ceiling -breakfast served up to 9am only -only one out of two lights work. -noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom -unattractive exterior -dirty water drain in the bath tub
