I chose this hotel the first time because it was on Owasso, but a new hotel. A couple years later and it is still spotless and the beds are very comfortable.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. There was hair on the toilet and floor, the sink and mirror didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well, and there was dust on the tissue container and coffee maker. The rest of the room appeared to be clean though. The bathroom however, was not but I’m very picky as well. I feel that it was acceptable for the price and I’d be willing to stay again.

The staff were all really nice and super friendly!! The location was in great proximity to everything.

The hotel is not very insulated from sound. If your room is near the elevator on the second floor the buzzer/bell of the elevator door opening and closing will wake you very early! This was probably due to the fact that you can see light from the hall all around the door jams from inside your room.

The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the Hotel was very clean.

The only drawback about staying in a Best Western in any location is the breakfast. BW always serves "plastic" food -- that is to say everything is overly sweetened and packaged. I am allergic to eggs and milk products. Toast was just bland white bread. So nothing suited my dietary needs. BW needs to rethink breakfast. This is the only reason I marked this property as less than excellent. We appreciated the transportation provided from and to the airport from the motel. Management was superb.

Not much to say here! The doors to the rooms are annoyingly loud when they shut and guests seemed to come and go at all times. If you are used to a very quiet sleeping environment, this noise levels might be an issue.

I did not get to partake in the breakfast as I left for the airport very early, but the coffee was fine and available all the time from what I could tell. The room was comfortable and had more than enough space. I was able to park here and get a complimentary ride to the airport and then a return ride from the airport a week later to retrieve my vehicle at no extra cost. The staff are wonderful and do a great job looking after the place and assisting the guests with their needs. I would eagerly stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfy bed. Good size kitchen and fridge for a hotel room. The whole hotel was very quiet. There was always someone at the front desk to help.

Breakfast didn't have many options. Just the waffles, oatmeal, cereal and toast. There almost wasn't enough parking. There was one spot left when I got there and a dually pickup had parked over the line. Not sure where people that came in later had to park.

Rooms were clean and smelled clean, which was almost overwhelming at first. But the strong smell subsided. No other problems. Shower worked well. Nice basic hotel room

Breakfast was very generic, but it was okay. I've had worse. The strawberry yogurt was really good. Also, the lady receptionist did an excellent job getting me in a room on Thursday because I had arrived in town a day early.

The bathroom had some grime around the handicap bar in the shower as well as under the sink.

Overall, the staff was very friendly, the facility was nice and the rates were very good!

Bathroom shower was leaky from faucet and shower head needed to be replaced. (but pressure was good) Grounds of hotel could of used a good cleaning, especially around the grill area and parking lot at the back of hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and A/C nice and cool! Location was close to everything we needed. Was here for a family wedding.
