When I first got there I had to wait 20 min to get into my room because it was locked from the inside and then the TV didn't work so they tried giving me another room and then the heat didn't work so they put me back in the room without the TV and then when I woke up in the morning I noticed I had been sleeping with a blood stained pillow. I will never ever stay there again.

Crinkly beds, stained bed sheet and pillow cases. Did not clean my room the first night. Now tv guide in the room. Walls paper thin, you can hear everything! Online looks very nice. In person looked very cheap. Stuff cluttered under the stairs. The hallway smelt weird. The plug for the bathtub did not work. No drain plug for the sink.

room was very plain and as clean as I would expect for a hotel. They need to spend money on making the rooms look homey. There were NO pictures or anything on the walls. There is a set of train tracks across the street and a train does come by late in the evening

Roaches. unfortunately we seen them the night before we was to check out. We have stayed here before and didn’t encounter this problem. It was very disturbing and disheartening to say the least.

Everything. Baymont franchise should visit this property and decide whether to keep in their chain.

Baymont Bellevue/Omaha hotel- run down, smelled bad, stuffy, they obviously don't want to pay for air conditioning, walls in room had putty to cover holes, dust inch thick on vent, door had wood damage.

Carpet was still a little dirty, looks like people maybe smoked in there due to dirty ceiling, walls need a new paint job, lots of rust in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t connected to the ground and leaked, was giving two conditioners instead of a shampoo. Pictures of the room shows wood floor but it was actually carpet, door didn’t lock, pretty large gap under door. Pretty disappointed.

The hallways and room both were smelly. It smelled like mildew in the rooms as well as the hallways. The sheets on the bed had yellow stains and alarm clock was broken in my room. Remote also didn’t work in my room or my brothers room. You can tell they attempted to remodel things but it looks as if they just covered up. Didn’t seem like a very clean room. The location also seemed a little sketchy.

Front desk staff was available when I needed them. It was quiet despite their being no vacancy during the time I stayed. Decent size king room.

Room stinked like cigarette when i put in for non smoking, room and bathroom was dirty not clean at all. Checked bedding and they were dirty looks like they dont wash them put same ones back on. took shower and noticed the water was greasy. I will never stay here ever again. Hotel was trying to charge my card before check in and canceled my rooms very inconvenient.

We had made reservations on line. It said on line the hotel was pet friendly. I have a 8 pound small dog. The sign on the window Saif to notify if we had a pet, so I did. The clerk said, you didn't reserve a pet friendly room. I told him there was not anything on the web site that said anything about a specific pet friendly room. His reply was, there is nothing I can do to help you. We got to the hotel after driving from CA. It was almost midnight. We stayed at another hotel that was horrible, stank like urine, carpets looked like they were from the 80s. So it was not a good experience at all.

the staff was rude booked a room for my family no one asked me how many people I had and I had booked a dog friendly room my reservation even said so and they got rude with myself and my family and I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

The remodel seems to have been mostly superficial. The building is still stinky and some of the remodel work is sloppy like paint and floors. Seem to be owned by the same staff. Not the best service. Seems like they put a bandaid on the old mess they had. I expected better from the Wyndham brand.

The new remodel of the building is nice. This location used to be a different hotel and was very trashy and gross. New beds were nice and the hard floors are nice bc you know they’re clean. I couldn’t tell if the air units had been replaced or not. The building smells weird still
