This place has raised prices and I understand that this happens but to have to add a 'cleaning fee' on top of the raised prices seems a bit over the top. I would suggest only adding the cleaning fee if a visitor requests cleaning during any part of their stay (such as mid week) and not just after check out which is the norm.

There isn't anything that I don't like about this place. We always stay there and we are always happy. I will also say that I am happy that the person giving the parking pass did not try to oversell the place or show tickets.

the vertical blinds i did not care for. The lights from outside came in room at night. I paid $ 100.00 for cleaning, and then when checking oug we were informed to take out trash. That goes with cleaning !!! If paying $ for cleaning that should be included. Also was unaware that i was going to be approched for buying vacations. This i did not like. If I knew this when booking on line I would puck someqhere else.

The internet was horrible. I called about it and someone was supposed to come and fix it, but I didn’t get anyone to come out to my room. It isn’t the property’s fault...their Internet services is with another company.

Everything was so convenient. It felt like a home away from home. Loved the bed and the hot tub in the bathroom. The concierge was extremely helpful with suggestions to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!!

Found soiled spots on dining chairs that looked gross.

Everything was great. Found everything we needed, blankets, pool towels... Not having to take sheets off bed, take out trash, do laundry before checking out is great.

My only complaint is that the front desk closes at 5pm so if you have a housekeeping need it will not be addressed until morning. When we arrived the room was a little dated but roomy. The furniture was worn and stained in some areas. The sofa bed mattress was severely stained with areas of black mold. Maintenance was quick to bring us a new mattress when I made them aware of the situation. Overall it was comfortable and nice for the price.

The location is great-close to the main highway and attractions. The resort is nice but not excellent. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. The fitness center has plenty of machines but no free weights. There are daily activities available for kids at an additional charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gnats in the room. The pool water in the outside pool needed to be cleaned. The rooms need to be updated. Jetted bathtub didn't work, bed was a little too high, living room chairs a little too low.

Location was great. They had 2 pools. Lots of crafts/activities available. Liked that we could cook our own meals.

The hot tub is one of the reasons I chose this facility and it needed some attention. It had low water level, very dirty and luke warm. Needless to say my family and I didn't feel safe using it.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was great as well, but it would be nice if we didn't have to make a second stop for a parking permit.

Slow check-,coach bed not comfy, room wasnt clean, need more coffee in room initially and covid excuses are getting ridiculous for extra charges- late check in and early check out!

In our handicap room there wasn't a walk in shower. Tub with a shower was to high for Mother to be able to lift her leg up to get in to take a shower.

We had to leave a day early due to our kids. They don't do early check out...that wasn't the part that got me the guy that I talked to wasn't very caring. Just said short and kind of rude....we don't do early check out. No I am sorry or I apologize about this, just NO.

The room was what we expected and very clean. The people I delt with during checking in was amazing and gave me all I needed with out question.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, sticky cabinets, a dirty toilet seat, and lots of dusts on doors. The furniture and bed was fine, but the pullout would not have been comfortable for an adult. Our small kid used it and slept great.

We liked the private balcony off if the bedroom. We loved the private bedroom and two bathrooms. The table was a nice size and the kitchen was a full one. We did not hear any neighbors. The actual bed was very comfortable. The customer service was great. The indoor poor and playground were really nice to have there.
