Just some minor cleaning issues. Some of the dishes that had food stuck on them.The kitchen countertops were sticky in a few places. There were some long blonde/white hairs in bedroom and bathroom. The driveway was hard to manuever. There were multiple storms on our weekend and new ruts popped up with each one.

The views were beautiful. The furniture was comfortable. Like that there was a mini gift bag of supplies. It was a nice touch.

Had some issues with the pass code lock a couple times and the water temperature and pressure didn't work well.

Love the view overlooking pigeon forge and the smokies. Additionally, the bed and the hot tub made it super cozy

There are some minor touchups on the door handles (back slide door and front door), cabin walls and floors that need to be addressed. The biggest issue is the long driveway. It needs to be either pave with asphalt or concrete due to all the gravel, branches and dirt that will hit or scratch your car. It’s also a big safety concern as well because you need a good reliable truck/suv to drive up and down the driveway properly due to this. Once these are fixed up, then the place is great.

The views were amazing and very private location from all the other properties around. A great getaway for a couple. You can see gaitlinburg and pigeon forge all around you.

There is a HUGE rut in the driveway. We were warned about the steepness but not the giant rut. Hot tub could’ve been hotter.

The drive up to the cabin was good until we got to the dirt road. It was very tricky and probably needs to be paved for safety purposes.

The upkeep on the driveway wasn't that great. The bathtub water pressure was bad too. It took at least 20 minutes to get the tub filled. The internet also wouldn't work for us no matter what we did.

We liked how clean it was and secluded. The whole place was very nice. I loved having the games to play.

The code didn’t work when we arrived. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone with Cabins for You for 30 mins so we had to sit outside and wait. Once we got inside there was a dirty and wet washcloth left on the kitchen counter. The hot tub was also ice cold and didn’t have any power to it. We didn’t figure out till the next day that the breaker had been turned off. We also went to go use the dryer to dry some towels and it wouldn’t come on either.

It’s a beautiful cabin. We loved how secluded it was but still conveniently located to everything.

The driveway needs work. Some of the trees on the opposite side of the driveway need cut, cause that view is gorgeous also.

Safety. Bears were a frequent visitor, and the roads are not cleared at all to the cabin. Our car was scratched from the branches. .

The location was beautiful but the property around the cabin needed weeding and we lost power for over 13 hours because of a storm. No auxiliary backup. In this area I would recommend a back up generator. With out power you don't have any water either!
