The pictures were misleading. Did not have the views. Pool was much smaller. Actually 17 miles from Cherokee not 9.

The room was nice. Bed was super comfortable. Had a bigger fridge than most hotels.

Second shift motel attendant ,I could not understand what he says also was lost going there called for directions they didn't know how to tell me to get there, I was 3 mi away!Floor was dirty,(pet room). On Also check out my bill was messed up they had charged me for an extra room and a pet fee I don't pay pet fees for service animal my credit card is all messed up I won't be using booking.com again

The boy that was there at check in was rude, not friendly at all, but later was replaced with a very polite, friendly girl. We were put next to the exit door so by 7 am it was very noisy because the door slams shut!! The bed light didn't work, and the remote was messed up.

The motel was located in a fairly convenient location. It was surprisingly quiet, since there were a lot of dogs here. The water pressure in shower was great, comfortable beds, seemed very clean.

We didn't actually get the room we reserved. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but got a king and pull out sofa bed instead. The comforter on the bed was torn so the stuffing was coming out. Under the sofa was empty juice bottles and orange peelings. And the bathroom, which was really clean, stunk super bad!! I'm wondering more if it was the water. But when the bathroom was the first thing you pass as you come in the room, its the first thing you smell

There was dog hair on the floor that could have been cleaned a little better, on the bottom of my socks was full of the hair.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was not far from where we were going.

The bed was awful. The mattress was starting to deteriorate and fall apart. Big valley in the middle of the bed where the padding had collapsed and was very uncomfortable.

Came up to visit Daughter at Western Carolina and to go to the Mountain Heritage Day event. Hotel was clean and Quite , Did not have the Breakfast but the area seemed busy . The exit is a little sketchy , a curve up from it and traffic is moving fast , just take care when coming in and exiting . Will stay here again if needed .

An old Quality Inn from the 80s. Only so much paint you could use to cover up old stuff. Bathrooms were remodeled and not too bad.

Manager was amazing, super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay good. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Overall decent hotel. Breakfast was ok for kids. Waffles and cereal. Small hot bar. Would be better w bagels or toast. Good for kids tho. Definitely smells old in lobby and elevator but rooms were great

We stayed for 3 nights and no one emptied our trash and removed towels/added fresh towels. We had to leave towels and trash outside room and then ask for towels, toilet tissue and trash bags. The hot breakfast includes just biscuits and gravy one day which does not satisfy anyone needing protein.

I love the closeness to WCU and that they offer breakfast each morning.
