Everything was wonderful, but wasn't able to enjoy the deck at night because of the Starburst lights were cycling all the time. Very annoying. Didn't know how to control them. Would stay again.

That chair in the living room was torture - nobody could sit in it. I believe it was a king bed and a full bed not a queen. Had to borrow a can opener from the neighbor because yours wasn't working. (They gave us two which we left in the condo for your next guests.)

Drip under kitchen sink and a small bowl was placed there to catch drip. Very disorganized in the kitchen. Only cabinet that was decent was where the glass ware was. The cabinet above stove and lower cabinet looked like some opened the door and just tossed the dishes etc into it. No can opener and no instructions on air fryer.

Both bathrooms had vanity drawers that were hard to open. One of the bar stools was badly worn around the seat. Just keep an eye that it might tear soon. We had to use the sofa bed for my son to sleep on. The mattress is not comfortable so we used some of the blankets that were stored in the closet. Maybe consider getting a foam pad to use for that bed to be stored in the closets? When there were tenants above us, it was noisy and the ones that were in there on Wednesday night made a lot of noise late into the night. So, we had some difficultly sleeping when we had an early rise. I think next time I would prefer an apartment on the upper floor.

I did like how quiet it was back at Pointe Royale away from the highway 76 Branson strip. The apartment was clean and smelled good. The king size bed was so very comfortable. I also liked having a place to cook meals and a washer/dryer.

My only complaint is I couldn’t stay longer.

I absolutely love this place. We have stayed here now on 3 different occasions. It is very peaceful and comfortable. Well maintained and close to all the things you could possibly want to do.

Deck was off the golf course so when T condo sat outside a lot and watched golfers, ducks, birds. Even saw a hedgehog. Great location. Quiet. Quick to get anywhere.

We would like to have emptied some trash during the 5 night stay but saw no directions as to where to dump trash.

Plenty of space to move around and spread out. 2 TV’s was very nice as I was into March Madness basketball and my wife preferred other TV choices. Location turned out to be quite close to many of the things we sought out and enjoyed in Branson.
