The Pool Bar was not opened for Business.And the Surroundings need to have an “UpKeep”.

I had to change rooms 4 times because of things that were broken or didn't work, stayed twice 1n 1 week, happened both times, I feel like I should of received atleast $ off my next stay or a room comped for another stay.

Did not have our rooms ready. They could not find my reservation for my rooms. Then the guy at front try to be funny by trying to speak Spanish. For heaven sake that was annoying.

My TV,fridgeand microwave kept going out. At am the socket blew, and my cold stuff went bad. I called front desk at 6:30 am. They fixed the problem, they were supposed to call me with a little compensation and never did.

The first room was very dirty and smelled. There was mold on the side of the small dressers beside the bed. The couch in the room was very dirty, crumbs and trash in between the cushions.

The staff were very nice and friendly! When I told them about the issue with the first room they quickly fixed it and gave us another room.

The floors were wet. The tile was just wet all the time and the sheets were even damp. The room was just full of moisture, it was bizarre. I almost slipped on the tile when I got up during the night. It was scary. The comforter literally had about 8-10 cigarette burns on it. Extremely noticeable, why would they even leave that comforter on the bed???? I couldn't and wouldn't use it. The beds have only 2 very small pillows on them, I use 2 to sleep comfortably so if you need 2 pillows, bring your own. This is a MOTEL btw and the people were sketchy. I would never stay there alone or walk around alone at night. The bathroom sink would not turn off so it just dripped all night and it was so annoying. The toilet only flushed half the time. The walls were paper thin and you could every little noise outside. Someone coming down the hall with a rolling suitcase for example, it sounded liked a train coming. It was extremely hard to sleep. Do not recommend this place for anything longer than a night.

Floor in the room wasn't as clean as it seemed after washing our feet.

Centrally located in Tampa with everything anyone needs close by. Staff was friendly and efficient. Best value in the neighborhood on that particular night.

when I booked this hotel it stated that it provided shuttle service to the cruise port, the only reason why I booked this hotel. When i checked in I asked about the shuttle service I was told they no longer do that. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

I'm a property manager so I noticed quite a bit of things. The bathroom needs to be redone and the pool needs to be cleaned and free from black mold. The front office smelled of mold also. These are all very easy things to fix. Other than that, we had a great time in the city.

The room was very outdated and unlike the pictures. The pool needed to be cleaned really good but the bartender at the pool, Pat, was pretty awesome and made our time at the pool great!! Go Pat!!!!

This place was VERY deceiving... the Tiki Bar was never open... there were no pool towels... and people were living there... there was fighting and screaming outside my door the first night and more the next day... the pool had a lot of debris floating in it (leaves, black n mild wrappers, mulch pieces)... I'm pretty sure there was dope being sold out of one of the rooms on the top floor by pool, I saw about 10 people come by for 10 min or less, sometimes they just met them in the lot... there was a couple that seemed to live there at the pool one day with their kids and they got into a big fight... then continued fighting in the parking lot and down the street... the neighborhood around the hotel was nice which left me quite confused about all the "hood activity"

The amount of the room was to high based on the condition of the room. The AC was leaking i got towels from the front desk to soak up the water. I extended my stay till Sunday and during that time I changed out the towels twice and really I should have changed them out 3 times. Also the TV was not mounted to anything just leaning against the back of the ottoman. The price was way to high for the condition of room.

The Spa tub is the only reason i reserved this room.

This is an old Florida motel, nothing more. Don't expect more. It is a crash pad for a South Tampa visit. The location is primo. The restaurant was packed on Sunday morning - that is the real draw.
