The mattress on the bed closest to the door was uncomfortable and made noises when I moved. The bathroom sink drain stopper was missing. If a small item had fallen into the sink, it would have gone down the drain. One of the bulbs in the bathroom light fixture was burned out.

The check-in and check-out process went well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the room was good, away from highway noise. It was clean and in good repair, except as noted. The room rate for the evening was reasonable and the hotel was a close commute to Tarpon Springs. We would stay there again, however would request a different room.

It's a very old facility. It's difficult without a complete remodel to make it modern. But, overall, you get what you pay for. No breakfast. Pool not heated. An inside hot tub but out of order!! Not available. Looks like people rent long term and live there. And they ALL smoke!! And are always hanging outside the rooms.

Bed has two deep depressions. Definitely needs new mattress!!! Room service didn't happen because we had a do not disturb sign on the door until 9:30 in the morning. I NEVER want someone coming to clean my room any earlier than that. We get up late and not ready for cleaning crew! After discussing it, they came the next two days. The shower was broken, and my wife attempted to take a cold shower, but it was too much. So, I complained, and they came and fixed it while she waited bundled up until they left. The people working there are very friendly, but it's an old place and things break. It rained and we had a deep puddle immediately outside our door. No one came by and swept it away, and it couldn't drain on its' own. Decent room for an old hotel, and personnel addressed issues. I can't rate a five, but a four is fair.

now I know this is what all these small low budget hotels do but I wish they would start doing is putting more towels , soap and cups/glasses in the rooms. there was only 1 chair in the room since MOST times it is a minimum 2 people staying in a room have 2 chairs in the room

the Bed and the pillows were very comfortable. the location was convenient to where I wanted to be. the value for the money was on point. everything in the room was in good working order. A special shout out to Theresa who cleaned our room. she was very friendly and did a nice job.

There was only one chair in the sitting area of the room so it would have been nice to have a chair each. Wasn't expecting the room to be upstairs, this was a little hard on my older husband

The bed was really firm, too firm for my taste. The pillows were really flat without any support. There wasn't any real cable tv programs, such as HBO or SHOWTIME. It did have SYFY so that's a save. Also, the vending machine for snacks was half empty with very few choices.

Front desk service was terrific. Room was clean. Pool was relaxing and the hot tub was really perfect. I wasn't aware of a hot tub and I found it quite by accident. AND it was in a separate room near the vending machine. This room had the hot tub, a sauna and a shower. Very nice!!

The water pressure was wonderful and I like that there was a microwave and fridge.

I was unaware of the breakfast and never saw it. The accommodations were old so the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
