Location was awesome. Stayed here for the 49ers football game and the location was awesome. Was close enough that we could get an uber, yet was far enough away we didn’t have the business.

We didn’t like the breakfast experience at Adrestia. While the food was excellent, the service unfortunately was not so great. When we got there, we patiently waited to be seated and were initially led to a table that had not been properly cleared from the previous customer. Although we politely asked for the table to be cleaned, the lack of apology from the server was disappointing. Then we had another server who was remarkably polite and friendly, which helped to offset our initial dissatisfaction. They didn’t seemed to have a dedicated server for each table, but maybe because they weren’t too busy which we didn’t mind at all. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we encountered the 3rd server. It was an older man with his hair up in a bun. Shortly after he brought our food, we immediately attempted to get the bill because we had a game to catch. Despite our efforts to get his attention since the other two were not around, we were repeatedly ignored. When we finally managed by the 3rd time to get his attention, his attitude and rudeness were glaring, ultimately ruining our overall experience. While I refrained from complaining at the time, I felt it’s important to bring this matter to your attention. Despite this disappointing encounter, I didn't want it to overshadow the positive of our short stay at your hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at your hotel. The rooms were excellent, the hotel was clean and had a modern design, and the staff were very accommodating. The comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about our experience was great. Thank you!

The bathroom light, lights up the whole entire room. Although it is esthetically pleasing, it can be discomforting for whoever you share the room with. As it is a super bright light.

The hotel is beautiful, looks like you’re in a different country, it really is designed so chic and nicely. Loved it. Gave a high class vibe.

I’d love if they had a free breakfast item bar but I did t matter because what they have on the menu is worth the price

I like that the property wasn’t in a busy area; I didn’t hear horns, sirens or have to worry about fighting traffic when leaving or coming back to the hotel

Poor directional signage in the facility so it was hard to find the pool area. Also you and had to pay for parking.

Beautiful design and right on the VTA train line. Had an attractive gym and pool.

The bed. Very low The carpet in the room need to be clean more often. If you walk without sleepers you will get your feet dirty.

- bad design of the shower, every time I took a shower it was flooding the floor due to shower doors opening outside and the angle of the shower floor being tilted in a wrong direction, towards the door

Hotel did not explain to us that parking on the property was not complimentary in the garage. At $22 a night (and there is literally no other location to park anywhere near the property) it jacks up your stay by 20%. I’ve never been charged for parking on site for a hotel before. Ridiculous. I’ll never stay here again! Also the beds were awful! I could barely sleep each night.

We are disappointed, dissatisfied and upset about our guest experience at this hotel. Mainly two things upset us: the check-in experience and the wrong billing. Our check-in at the hotel was not very welcoming at all; the receptionist only said hello, didn’t ask how we are and just gave us the keys without any information about the hotel. We asked about another room because the one she assigned to us seemed to close to the elevator which might have been too noisy. She did do that but seemed to be not happy about it and made us feel that way. She didn’t inform us about the breakfast time, the pool location and pool opening hours, etc. Importantly, she didn’t give to us the vouchers for the breakfast although we explicitly booked the room rate with breakfast through booking.com. The next morning, we had quite some hassle with the restaurant staff because they needed to get the vouchers from the reception. The staff also seemed to be new and untrained. Maybe, you should think about having better trainings for some of your staff. However, it then worked out, and we were told that a full breakfast was included and we could order anything from the menu. The next day, we were fully charged. At the end, they send to us five bills and reimbursements. We had a lot of hassle. Too sad at a hotel with such a nice decor as this one!

The hotel facilities are great (the Tetra hotel definitely has a wonderful service environment), but if frontline employees do not act in a positive and accommodating manner combined with great hospitality, this just does not make guests happy.

There is a huge statement gas fire burning in the parket lot. Is this to make the uber drivers happy? Who thinks this is a good thing to do in this age of climate change

Good bar, good room with good amenities - strange layout but not a negative really. Picked primarily for the location. Staff were very helpful finding my misplaced jacket - magically appeared on my bed.
