Very good value. Great location a few blocks off Times Square proper. Complimentary cocktail and $25 credit for use at lobby bar, restaurant or snack area a pleasant surprise. Also very accommodating in holding our bags post-checkout for several hours as we were not departing until later in the day.

Hotel quoted $140 dollars to JFK airport when the standard fee is $70 so we booked privately.

Room was nice and clean and we had a nice view looking at the Edge observatory. Location was excellent, a 3 min walk to the main part of times square and 15 mins to the water.

Check-in was a bit long as the hotels credit card machines were down. Took almost 45 mins. to wait in line in the lobby to check-in.

Staff was super friendly and patient. Check-in was very busy and they didn't lose their patience with anyone. The gentlemen who took our bags to hold until time of check-in was very helpful and pleasant!

Restrictions on access to some areas in the rooftop bar as they were either closed or shut off for private functions, so we were only able to access 1 of the 2 floors throughout our stay.

The rooms were a good size for New York and location was very good. Views from the rooftop bar were amazing.

We booked a room for three people, but were given amenities in the room for two.

The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Times Square. It is a a 20 second walk to the E train 42st - Port Authority Bus Terminal. The area around the hotel is very safe. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The room was nice and quiet with ample space. Would Recommend.

The mattress was very soft and since I prefer a firmer mattress, I did not sleep well. At breakfast I requested decaf coffee and I was given instant (or at least that’s what it tasted like). Unacceptable.

Location was excellent for theater, museums and transportation. Staff were very solicitous, accommodating and delightful. The rooms were very small, but efficiently designed. We appreciated the welcome drink, $25 food credit, free water in the room along with a coffee maker. Bathroom amenities were very nice.

Extremely small room. I learnt to be sure to check the room size before booking anything after this stay. Cramped walkways, elevators take forever to arrive. We were told we had to pay for amenities fee for the computer room and fitness centre (which only had 1-2 peloton bikes iirc).

It's location was good but the surroundings outside the hotel were dirty and smelly.

The elevator system needs work. I feel like I spent more time waiting to go up and down floors than anything else.

Our room was a bit small, but, to be honest, we were 3 adults sharing a room with two beds, so I wouldn't say this is something that we didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location, clean with comfortable beds, and a very friendly staff. We were pleased with the accommodation and the amenities.

No place to store the luggage, the staff is not friendly, we have to wait for 45 mins to bring down the luggage, while the lift was too busy. We nearly missed our flight.

Other residents were a bit noisy but nothing you can really do about that. Lifts could be slow due to the number of floors but only to be expected.

Hotel was in a great location for us near to Madison Square Gardens. Room was a good size for New York with 2 very good sized double beds.

The wait for the lift was slow at times but I expect that would be the case in most hotels. Floor space in bedroom was a bit squashed.

The king sized bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with shelving for toiletries. Very big TV . Easy to use safe. Fabulous roof top bar with 360 views.

this was in a perfect location for us to meet & then attend our concert. Best value in NYC! We are given $25 credit towards meals or the bar, which we used for the breakfast buffet the next morning..
