There isn't much to not like! We had an issue with the pool, but it was quickly taken care of. The staff really tries to ensure you have a great stay.

I love the vibe at Asbury Hotel. You can just pass the day hanging out, having a drink, grabbing a coffee, attending an evening event, or going in the heated pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is ideal when wanting to explore Asbury Park.

Nothing really to dislike

I have stayed here in the past and liked the comfortable, modern feel of the hotel. The mattress was very comfortable, sheets were crisp and smelled fresh and clean. Nice hot shower. Just a short walk to the beach.

Resort fee addition despite it being winter this is a shore resort). Size of room, it was very tiny, I could not manage in it for more than 1 night. Previously a make-up remover pad was given, this time it was not.

Location first and foremost and the ocean view. The bed was comfortable. It has the basics you need. The Diner, right behind the hotel serves a decent breakfast.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very limited dining options in colder weather season. Can be a little noisy at night if room is facing the road, but you would say the same of any hotel in the immediate vicinity of the boardwalk. They had great evening entertainment (open mics and local artists).

Parking—have to find street parking which can be difficult in the summer or expensive hotel valet.

Great ambiance. Can’t beat the location to the beach/boardwalk. Rooftop bar is beautiful. Local electric scooters across the street to ride the mile into town.

There was a wedding in the hotel and was conflicting with hotel gests

Although breakfast was not included, the place is amazing! Very well located one block away from the beach and with a great pool if you prefer To stay inside. The room is perfect with a record player and great decoration, comfortable bed and very clean. You have free concerts every night at the lobby and every afternoon at the rooftop.

-The room didn’t seem super clean - in fact there was a long stemmed mushroom growing in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The bathroom counter in the suite was super long but oddly only had one sink, which I thought was a strange design choice - would think that type of room is geared towards couples/families. -There were no blackout shades so you were up with the sun. If they purport to be a luxury property, they need to focus on details like that. -TV is limited to live cable channels like it’s 1985. Need access to streaming or at least casting from a mobile device. -As many have stated, bring ear plugs as the ac units are super loud.

The common spaces are great, especially the sunken living room in the lobby. Access to rooftop bar, bowling, diner next door. The pool area was great with lots of available seating and heated pool! The rooms are a mixed bag - size of the suite was amazing but some details were lacking.

Maybe u should have more than one person working behind the counter. Always crowed, wait was long. Pool area was a mess, towels were all over the floor around d pool. There wasn’t a clean towel when I got there around 4:00.

Breakfast choices were great. Loved the coffee.

Not a fan of the male pool bartender. Don’t like his disposition, other than that all staff is wonderful. Came for HiTide summer Holiday which we love!! A little bummer about the pool on Saturday but the weather was so beautiful I didn’t miss it that much

Rooftop bar club music: we were on the 7th floor staff was very friendly, accommodating and changed our room but we could still hear the music on the 4th floor. The rooms would be better if they were more soundproof overall. Pool was also not well cared for. Lots of suds and leaves kids were jumping off the sides to deliberately get us wet and we’re throwing in stones from the fire pit no one did anything to stop them uncomfortable pillows.
