There were a lot of banging and stomping noise above us after midnight which lasted for a couple of hours. There were 3 of us but only 2 cups for 2 people and no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for a third person.

Rooms were spacious and decor was bright, cute and trendy. Pool and outdoor patio were fabulous. The grounds were very well maintained.

Internet connection on TV did not work. The TV has listed an option to connect your device to the TV (cast). This option did not work and we tried with multiple devices.

there is only a blackout shade on the bedroom window, which faces the parking lot. So either people can see in or the bedroom is completely dark.

spacious, modern, clean. modern but warmly decorated. Our room had two vanity sinks, which I liked. we only had an overnight stay, but clearly you could be very comfortable there for an extended stay.

We had to move rooms a few times due to a bathroom/plumbing issue in one of the buildings BUT the staff were great - moved us without any trouble and were very apologetic for the inconvenience (they also offered us late check-out for the inconvenience).

Very nice and looks newly remodeled. The rooms were very spacious (fit 6 of us very comfortably) and had most the essentials including fridge and microwave. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Location was quiet and really close to downtown Southampton (only 10 min drive to downtown area). 100% would recommend and plan to stay here again if I ever return to the area!

Beautiful location and hotel. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We had no complaints and plan on booking this hotel next year when we come back to the Hampton Classic.

When leaving the left turn onto sunrise highway was difficult and scary.

The decor was beautifully designed. It was functional and you can tell there was a lot of attention to the detail throughout the entire place. We can’t wait to go back.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

There are minimal options for a wonderful hotel in Southampton -- The Bentley was wonderful. I stayed in the Queen Suite - beautifully renovated, so clean, large spacious and had a little patio off the room. The pool area is really wonderful. The location is right off the main highway as soon as you enter Southampton.

BRAND NEW! The entire hotel is brand new. It’s very well thought out and provides for your every need. The location is perfect, near the main road. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and answered quickly. We can’t wait to stay again.

Ice maker was a inconvenient walk outside and down to the basement. The machine spat out very little ice. The coffee maker was of the cheapest kind and we ended up walking to the gas station around the corner to get the morning coffee. Also, given the price per night, one would think a couple of bottles of water would be complimentary each day. The check in experience was very disappointing. We booked a Deluxe King Suite room for two nights at $800 per night and checked in at 5:00 pm on a Friday. We asked for a second floor room rather than first. The young female receptionist named “M” simply told us that this type of room is not available upstairs. She didn’t even bother to check - the hotel lot was basically empty. As suspected, the three people above us walked around in their shoes day and night and could hear everything. Also, the welcome gift (a bottle of wine and snacks) was no where to be found. When I called the front desk, the same receptionist asked me three times if I can see the ice bucket with ice in it, as if I’m an idiot. They placed the gift in the room later that evening while we were out. I spoke to the manager on check out and he was very apologetic and stated that he would make it up to us when we stay with us the next time and gave me his business card.

1- the sharing of information was not fortcoming, I was not informed that breakfast was available and being served 2- I had an unfortunate incident of double booking. I was informed that it was cancelled by the hotel but I may still be charged for it if I do not cancel with booking.com. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Booking.com to cancel the reservation.

It was perfect. New updated rooms, very clean. It had everything. The pool area was very nice too with tables, chairs, lounge chairs & big oversized comfy chairs.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it is a 15 minute ride to the beach or town.

The property was completely renovated. The rooms are all spacious suites. The decor is wonderful.
