Getting used to the entrance on the ground level and having to take an elevator immediately to lobby was a little funky. But that was okay. We also can't wait if we were to go back to the expanded pool deck area on the top floor.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Location on South Beach is excellent. We really like the room and it's functional layout. Especially for three people.

We wasted the good part of a morning waiting to get the water heater repaired in our room. Our showers the night before were cold. Then they said it needed to be replaced and we would have to move to another room but it wouldn’t be available for two hours. So we packed up all our belongings and went to the beach to wait, only to get a call that the water heater was repaired and we could stay in our room. Which was nice, but we wasted a couple hours of our short trip waiting, packing, waiting some more and then unpacking in the same room. The rooms were nicely don’t except there is nowhere to do your makeup because of the small bathroom sink and the kitchenette mirror was frosted. There was a large gap under the shower door which caused the bathroom the flood every time we took a shower. The people working on our TV, which didn’t work during our whole stay, left our door wide open when they were done. The rest of the hotel looked nice from afar but was poorly maintained. The “continental breakfast” was white bead and croissants which left a lot to be desired.

The gentleman at the front desk and the concierge were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything we needed for a short stay. We loved using the beach chairs and coolers and bicycles that were offered. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We rented a car for the trip and never had to use it because there was so much to see and do within walking and biking distance and the food options were limitless!

The Valet service needs to be improved. But seems to have gotten better after a complaint. Once that is corrected stay would be superb.

The location was excellent. The staff were really nice, Jenna at front desk received us and treated us well. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The patio overlooking ocean drive was great to have. The pool area was lovely and views over the park and ocean drive from that vantage point was really cool. Getting a glass of champagne on arrival in the evening from Jenna added a special touch to the stay. Overall, a great stay was had.

The hotel is well located on ocean drive which is a famous avenue so do expect some noises as well during the night. The room we had was very dark since the view was on another building, we couldn't really enjoy the balcony.

William and all the staff people are very nice and helpful, very smiley and willing to give you any information you might need during your stay. The hotel is perfectly located on ocean drive and just one min walk from the beach, restaurants, coffees, bars and the famous Miami Beach picturing place. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and well decorated. They give you beach towels if you need it and the chairs as well you can carry on the back. There is a balcony at the lobby room too. The apartment/room we had was very clean and with the necessary amenities.

The roof top pool was run down and therefore with did not not spend anytime there. The room needed a good paint job and seemed run down. We we could see the ocean from the room but the windows were tiny. No bar or restaurant at this hotel and not even a vending machine or snack bar.

Great location, close to beach and dinning. Staff was accommodating on our last day there allowing us to use beach chairs and bikes even after we had checked out.

Cheap improvements and high cost relative to value.

The location and staff were both fantastic. I want to give this hotel a superior review; however, I feel like it is an old apartment building that they are trying to glitz up, but on a cheap budget. I stayed in the one bedroom with a balcony and ocean view. The sofa was too big to fit on any wall other than the one right in front of the sliding door to access the balcony. Improvements were poorly done. For almost $600/night give or take, I thought the improvements would have been done to a higher standard. That said, the staff was very accommodating and friendly (and I slept great every night). My 24 year old son slept on the sofa bed. While the stay was comfortable I don’t think I would book this property again because of the cost. Again, A plus for the staff.

There was 2 roaches in the room, but when the staff was notified, we were told that’s normal!

Eric, the manager, was amazing. He went above & beyond. The location in south beach is amazing. the property looks like it was newly renovated & they did a great job. everything from the hallways to the room are really nice and very clean.
