The location is amazing, the staff very kind and helpful. We had a very comfortable and spacious room that was perfect for a 4 person family. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Unfortunately there was a real English barrier, no parking so we had to participate in the vallet system which sadly was atrocious. We waited up to 45mins to have our car parked.

Staff was super nice, perfect location for adults , we have our kids with us 3 and 12 for them not the best location but they still had fun. I give 5 star for the staff .

By far the worst hotel experience I had in the US, the Bentley hotel front office staff were very rude, including the hotel manager himself. I reserved a room and in the description of the room in the booking.com app, did not say anything about the room having a “Main Street View”. The room I got, was room 218, and this room was/ is facing 5th avenue which is very very noise street, specially at night. And the noise goes on till the wee hours of the morning, non stop. I basically stayed awake for the 2 nights I was there. Manager refused to give me a quieter room, his claimed was that the room category I booked is all facing the main street only. And if I wanted a quieter room facing inside I will have to pay more money for it. The room was expensive for what it is, so I refused to pay any extra. Almost 500$ a night, a joke, for what they offered in terms of a room. Bathroom was in a terrible condition, shower glass was leaking underneath, whole bathroom floor got wet from a quick shower. Shower room tiles were loose too and the toilet bowl looked like it was never cleaned before. Sofa in the living area, had dirty stains. And the list goes on. Mattress was the worst quality possible, got a back pain for days from just lying on it for 2 nights. * I Called booking.com they also didn’t do anything about it, witch is a separated story by the way.

Pool not heated and jacuzzi while hot the jets were not working.

great location and while right on Ocean Drive you hear no outside noise. Views at pool are amazing. Staff was excellent. Loved the kitchenette as we travel with our pet and could easily make her meals.

the pillows were not great lumpy and dacron the coffee maker was single cup with coffee bags the area is a little sketchy with many homeless but close to the beach park and restaurants

We arrived at the Bentley and were not happy with our room it looked onto a neighbouring property under construction Fidel at the front desk was amazing always happy and helpful he upgraded us to the PH5 which exceeded my expectations. Huge terrace and view of the ocean. The two bedroom apartment was well appointed and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room was well stocked with extra towels and robes. We were here for 10 days and the little apartment was perfect with kitchen dining and lounge
