Based on current rating- Breakfast was pretty depleted and could’ve been refilled. If I were to rate this based on the evening we checked in, it would’ve been a 6. The front desk was not friendly, shared very little information, and there was a liquid spilled on the front desk. This wouldn’t be an issue, except for when I brought it to his attention, he simply said yea, I need to clean that up. No apologies, no hoping that I didn’t put any of my stuff in it. In addition to that, we heard him tell a guest on the phone that there was nothing he could do about whatever their concern was and he offered 0 guidance. We went up to our room that had lukewarm water at best and the heat didn’t work. We didn’t even mention something until the next morning, figuring that would be his response for us too.

The beds were very comfortable and our second room had great hot water, water pressure, etc. The location is good for the price- a bit of a walk, but right down Bay.

The carpet between the beds had some nail polish spilled on it and not cleaned. The edge of the bathroom sink and grout in the shower weren't clean. The coffee maker was not plugged in nor was it near an outlet and its water reservoir lid wasn't clean. The elevator broke for one day and the stairs can only be accessed from outside of the building. There is a good parking lot for the hotel that is free, but the location of the hotel is not pleasing and there is a lot of construction going on all around it, and all over downtown.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is set up very nicely and the breakfast area is comfortable and clean. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds, a high ceiling, large walk in shower, and comfortable seating area, refrigerator, virtuo coffee maker, and the climate control worked well, lovely decor and a big window with great black out shades. There is a shuttle service.

the individuals in the next room were noisy, loud, and apparently drunk. one of them tried to open the adjoining room door. But they finally either left or went to sleep

Received email from hotel saying the reservation was going to be canceled because CC was rejected. Room was prepaid but personnel didn’t know how to see it on their IT system Reception personnel not very welcoming and told us when we arrived that breakfast was served from 6 to 10am but we found out next day there was no breakfast served because of renovation. This wasn’t mentioned when reserving and obviously the personnel didn’t know when we arrived. We were only offered a sorry as compensation. Hotel location outside historic downtown Savannah

We were only able to get breakfast the first morning, the other 2 the kitchen was being repaired but still they had coffee and other pastries and fruits … also water and tea which was great …. They only issue I was not aware of is that housekeeping is by request, if not requested they don’t provide new towels or dress the bed .. so be specific if you want housekeeping…

Didn't understand why shuttle not available in mornings - only from 2 to 10pm. Front desk attendant at check-in was not welcoming. However, staff thereafter was great. Really did not like no access to a printer - rather had to email documents to be printed at front desk. While staff was accommodating, this lacks any degree of privacy.

Breakfast was good, clean The room was attractive and the beds very comfortable. the shuttle experience was generally convenient Tatiana, at the front desk and the maintenance manager were exceptional.

The receptionist guy was unfriendly - seemed like he couldn’t be bothered- a poor start to the stay. And the breakfast was really terrible. I was expecting it to be pretty bad from previous reviews but hoped it wouldn’t be so bad- but it really was. The ‘fresh’ foods i.e. eggs, oatmeal, croissants did not look good enough to eat, although there were some chicken biscuits which were freshly made. The breakfast selection was very limited, and all unhealthy options. There was a fruit bowl but the apples and oranges were past their best. The bagels etc were stale- same ones left out day to day. The girl would occasionally come out of the kitchen and wipe the counters with a smelly cloth, and a huge bin was right by the food you could throw all your rubbish away. So much plastic waste at breakfast. The whole vibe of the breakfast room was very depressing. It was as though the female breakfast staff just didn’t care and it seems there is no management ensuring things are done well.

Beds extremely comfortable! Fairly clean rooms but not super clean. Large spacious room and okay view. Hotel is in good location- 10 min walk from attractions and close to post office and petrol station which was useful for us.

The flooring divided the room in 2spaces. Carpet on the side of the room where the beds are and LVT on the other side. What seperate the 2 sides was a metal strip between them. I must have busted my foot on that 3 times. It really hurt.

I was frustrated about the $10 parking fee. No one let us know I was going to get charged. The hotel has its own large parking lot, that should be included with your stay. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower for example, could have been a little cleaner.

The only amenity we took advantage of was the morning coffee in the breakfast area. I was disappointed to see it in one of two small pots. The coffee was lukewarm and very strong, fine with me but my wife didn't care for it at all.

The room and furnishings were great. We didn't take advantage of many amenities as we were spending time with our son and had all meals out. The location was very convenient and we left our car parked at the facility and walked everywhere. The woman at the desk at check-in was super friendly and helpful--pointing out the amenities and nearby Savannah facilities.

I thought for what I paid per night $250 plus dollars the rooms would have been a bit larger, Plus for what I paid per night I should not have had to pay extra for parking.

The neighborhood, which isn’t anything the hotel can change, across Bay street is lower income housing and looks ominous. However, we had shuttle service to off-set the safety issues

We found a cup behind the curtain that didn't belong to us in the room... not too big of a deal. The hotel was also outside of the city but again not that big of a deal.

The people working the front desk were welcoming and helpful. The bartender who was working two of the nights we were there (Valeria) was such a pleasure!

The breakfast could have been a lil better, no option for non pork eaters. The coffee was not hot, the juice and milk cartons were kid sizes, the breakfast was the only negative in the overall experience
