I think they use a lesser room for Priceline customers. The first night stay booked through Priceline was not a good experience. No breakfast, laundry facilities out of order, ice machine out of order. These were all amenities listed on their web page. Room was dirty, had an odor, black mold/mildew in shower. Looked like what appeared to be blood on the wall in two different places. The shower curtain was filthy. Refrigerator and microwave we're not clean. We were given a room down stairs even though we requested handicapped. And the place was not busy at all. We had reservations for the week following the first night, the room was much better than the one we booked through Priceline. Still had issues getting fresh linens during our stay.

I think the place has potential, it is in a good location. The grounds are nice. The beds were comfortable. Just needs a little TLC.

Not really much positives to talk about. Staff and owner was rude and didn’t care, they don’t take care of or clean the rooms at all, and there’s police cars there every other night. Pretty much a motel that only has the homeless and druggies living there, it’s trashy and so many loud dogs.

I didn’t like the smell of the room! The clearner that was used smelled awful and the bathroom smelled bad as well, plus the room had a lot of gnats coming from the bathroom! Also my Room didn’t have a remote for the TV and the attendant had to come and plus my tv in! Personally, whatever they use to clean the room NEEDS TO BE CHANGED to something more pleasant to the nose and fix the bad smell in the bathrooms!

The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They have roaches, the floor made my feet black, the pool is broke, my TV or shower wasn't broke but I heard others complaining that theirs were. There's drug addict all over the place walking outside which made me feel scared. To expensive for a run down place.

it was falling apart, the bed was uncomfortable pillows were thin. the toilet paper holder was broke. the toilet seat was broke. half of the outlets didn’t work. they had me booked for the wrong room. they had to change it. good thing there were rooms left. trash everywhere.

The front desk staff are not knowledgeable about the rates for rooms like weekly stays. The bedding is outdated and doesn't keep you warm. The blankets are more like a sheet. My room didn't have towels and a beer was left in my refrigerator. I was able to find my vape pen from a previous stay though. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

They have really cool mirrors if you're lucky enough to get one that works

The towels should be a little more cleaner, if the room is supposed to be a "non-smoking" room, it shouldn't smell like a smoking room. And the bed should not have hair and cigarette burns in and on it.

many things in the room needed repair; i.e. towel rack, heater control. A couple of mornings there wasn't hot water. This wasn't my first stay at the Boston Inn, so I knew what to expect. However, this was the worst experience here. I paid extra for a room with a king size bed, but was moved to a lesser valued room without any kind of rebate; they indicated that I hadn't paid the "normal" higher rate. The initial room was scheduled to be painted.

I thought the price was going to be $40 cheaper. The trash wasn't picked up in a timely manner. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The stove had roaches. The reception person really didn't want me to use the bathroom that I didn't know I wasn't suppose to use. I had to use the office ice machine, but I was glad that they had one.

The hotel is falling apart. There is pest that's out of control. The bed linnen is dirty with burn holes and dirt. The hotel is preceding its reputation for being a horrible place to stay. It's furniture is falling apart there's roaches and bed bugs. My husband was bitten over 30 times in the first room we were in and when I made a complaint the staff was offended and then wanted to bring up fees for my dogs that were not a issue at arrival overall it was a experience I never want to go through. It was a have to situation.

rooms were in disrepair, pool has not been opened in a long time. for the price the state of the rooms might. r expected, but the pool not being open (nor any effort to have it open) was a major disappointment.
