Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesLong list…probably great for guys but this property is far more run down than pictures show. Parking is tight. The Bunkhouse was only “surface” clean. REALLY needs a deep clean! Since most of the wood is raw/unfinished it’s all deeply imbedded with dust. Hard to convey with pictures. Fake plant in kitchen was gross. It wasn’t pointed out that access was either a very narrow, twisting staircase or up/downhill. Again, great for a guys weekend but not right for us….especially those with limited mobility.
Location was great and staff was very nice and accommodating. Had to leave after 1st night of 3 due to family emergency and they were kind enough to refund one nights rental…we only used one of the 4 beds and didn’t use the shower.

United StatesRemember this is a working studio and there will be music late at night, early in the morning, and lots of people moving in and out of the property. Come with an open mind.
The property is gorgeous and peaceful. The 9,000 square ft. house was open with so many spaces to enjoy, be creative, and cook a good meal. Emilee and Robin were warm, welcoming, and always available to answer questions. The location was perfect and close to all that Franklin, TN has to offer. The shower in the bunkhouse is perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure. I can't wait to return for another vacation.

United StatesThere was tree trimming and construction going on from morning to night. I'm talking 7 am to well after dark. It was so incredibly loud, that I ended up leaving after 2 nights when I booked for 4 nights. Working in hospitality for many years, I would have let people know what was happening. I would've waited and visited at a later date. That was alot of money for me to spend on what tvey call a "quiet relaxing place to rejuvenate."
It was an absolutely beautiful location.

Nothing he misrepresented the property with a video that didn’t even match up Wanted payment upfront No refundable and upon arrival the place was under construction the recording music blasting in the bunkhouse room like music in an elevator The room was like a cave and very small We didn’t even take our suitcases out of the car!!!! Lost over 3000 in upfront payment It was horrible furthermore no parking and debris on the sides of the driveway We didn’t leave we ran as fast as we could And that’s why he took our payment upfront and refused a refund to us!!!!
