Filtered location with parking available, this stated there was parking. When I arrived they stated all of the parking spaces were “sold out”. Had to park several blocks away in a paid parking garage.

Close to everything, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and more.

The fridge in our room was not working and our shower would get very hot the water temp and difficult to maintain temp at a not too hot setting.

Overall good stay .. very comfortable beds slept Very well. Also so close to the beach so that was a bonus. Also good location to coffee shops

Parking was a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker. If you reserve your parking you can park on the forecourt but I believe the charge is $35? We didn't reserve (wasn't sure we'd have a car) and got sent to the municipal parking lot (very clean and brightly lit) a block away and only had to pay $8.

Perfect location and you cannot beat the price. Nice setting--the grounds of the hotel are very tranquil. Bed was super comfy.

Not enough parking and even if there was, everything was so tight. We had to find public parking 2 blocks down from the hotel and it was not fun trying to carry our stuff with an infant. Luckily we had our wagon to help load everything. The hallways upstairs toward the room felt super cramped and the room was tiny.

It was convenient since the hotel was down the street from Santa Monica Beach.

Parking was very limited so by the time we checked in (around 5:30) there were no more spots so we had to park a few block away at a parking structure. The room was very hot and humid. There was only a window AC in one of the rooms and it didn’t really keep the suite cool enough.

The staff was very friendly and they provided free coffee and tea. The room was also very beautiful and clean.

I didnt like that I payed $400 for a room for 1 night and then they have the audacity to charge $25 for early check in. 4pm is the check in time, which is already the latest possible check in time.my room was ready at 11 am when I got there and they couldn’t let me in it unless I paid even more money. Rude. I just checked into a hotel today that didn’t charge for early check in so not everyone does that. It was basic like a motel. Old TVs with just cable so u can’t stream you devices or watch netflix. I’m from Canada so this room cost me over $500 for one night and it was basic!!

The location was awesome! We walked to the Santa Monica boarding in less than 10 minutes and we walked to Venice beach in 40 mins

I was freezing and wide awake as there weren't enough blankets in the room. Santa Monica is usually warm, but this was a cold snap. There was also a loud helicopter circling both nights I was there. Also there is not much parking so you have to go find parking out and about.

Old hotel room, especially for the price. SUPER LOUD, there were guests singing loudly in their rooms at 2am. The back bedroom was so bright with the lights from outside and terrible window treatments.

The rooms are paper thin (I know it comes with age of the property) lots of noise from neighbors and housekeeping slamming doors and calling out to each other by your bedroom window early in the morning.

The parking situaltion was awful, they made us pay to park two blocks away from the property because all of their lot was full.

The location was great, very close to the pier and near a shopping district. Many restaurants around to go to. The room itself wasn’t bad.

Nothing really. The apartment was as described, the TV and Wi-Fi work great and if you take a laptop and HDMI cable with you, you can watch your own streaming channels. One or two items of furniture could do with an update, but nothing that spoils the stay.

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our requirements, and a good base for the 5 minute walk to the beach, Santa Monica Pier, the ocean facing restaurants, and only a 10 minute further walk to the shopping areas and cheaper eating establishments for less formal dining. There's good Starbuck's 3 minute walk on the corner of Olympic and Main for breakfast bites and coffee. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

I didn't like how loud the people were above us. But, I guess that is living in the city is like.

I love how close it was the the pier. We were able to go to the beach com back and change and then have a night out on the pier without having to drive anywhere. We had a great family day trip.

The bathroom was aweful, so small you can't turn around. A/C was hanging from a small window beside the toilet, so you get to smack your head every time the toilet is needed. Shower tiles were original mustard color & busted up. It felt like the bates motel bathroom. Mattresses are lumpy & pillows should all be trashed. If someone invested a lil time and money, this could be a nice place. The location is great...

The suite was very noisy (traffic, other guests, staff early in the morning), you could hear every little thing. No airco and no closing curtains just some shades (little privacy and early morning daylight)

The advertised facilities- hairdryer, safe, ironing board coffee machine- simply didn’t exist. No one seemed to care. We were given a hairdryer at the second time of asking - but everything else remained absent.
