the exit door next to our room kept slamming every time someone entered the corridor through back area which was very loud starting at 6:45am. I think a simple fix could fix the slamming.

A little bigger room. We arrived early (before check in time) and was disappointed that the attendant was unwilling to allow us to store some luggage so we didn't have to tour the town and park our car with luggage in it. She was almost shocked that we even asked saying " there is no place to put it unless you leave it in the dining room" Just thought they would make accommodations for storing some luggage for those arriving early.

We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were amazing, and each one had so many cozy pillows!!! The staff was so accommodating...great place to stay! It far exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast could have been better there was no cooked food just fruit and cereal bars and coffee I wish they had boiled or scrambled eggs and toast and some cereals I think everyone wakes up hungry

Very noisy room. It was on the front side and the windows must not be double glazed as the traffic noise started early and woke us up. A back side room would probably be fine.

Assigned room 21. Everything was fine, except Room heating unit had the draperies billowing with heat blowing up BEHIND the drapery, instead of INTO the room. A weight bar of some sort would've helped hold the drapery down. The window draperies were definitely not installed by a professional, as the drapery was hanging off the rod, and the cornice board allowed morning sun to come in and wake us up. Would've told the front desk, but there was no one there at our 10:00 check out. I left a note to have the hotel receipt emailed to me, and they did! Thanks!

My wife fell on the front steps. The first aid kit at the front desk was wholly inadequate for two bruised knees. I had to go to the pharmacy for bandages. I left the receipt for the bandages with the front desk at checkout to get reimbursed but have not heard from them.

The only thing I would say do better would be have a more abundant selection for breakfast. Some days were better than others but when feeding a 4 year old it was a bit tricky each morning with it not being consistent.
