This is absolutely beautiful hotel. Love the space theme they went with the hotel. The rooms are very clean and very modern. The shower is so big and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the pillows as well. My kids loved the stay and I will definitely be booking here again. Also the workout Facilities was also another nice addition! Would definitely recommend staying here on your travels through Orlando. It is a little far from attractions but completely worth it.

The place is beautiful, clean and modern. Loved my room which was clean as well. The only thing missing were wash clothes but I’m guessing because of COVID they are not providing those. The food at the restaurant Aurora was amazing. I had the Salmon Caesar salad, yummy. The had a lady singing live which was very entertaining. My room over looked the pool so the view was okay. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place but wish it was a little cheaper. $257 for the night was high.

My few complaints in the room include no microwave, a fridge that only cooled for 2 hrs, and only coffee offered (no hot chocolate or tea). Did I mention how fabulous the bathroom is?

Walking into the hotel, my kids said "so this is how rich people live like"! That sums up how we loved this hotel. The bathroom was MY favorite part, very clean, huge shower, great lighting and even a barn door to open. The front staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Very aesthetic and clean! I liked how they hold your luggage if you need that service. The beds were also super comfy and everything was great overall.

For the amount of money I paid for 19 hours my guests we were allowed to be in the room the view outside of our room was embarrassingly awful.

I asked for a quiet room. I was put in a room by a very busy street. I could not sleep all night. There were too many revved up cars passing by all hours of the night. I felt I was at the Daytona 500.

they are very stingy with little extras. there was only 1 bottle of water in the room. no coffee. even if you offer these as paid items they should be in the room. it also wasn’t cleaned well and we had half eaten food from previous guests left behind. you’ll also hear traffic most of the night. the hotel acknowledges this and offers ear plugs if you need them. also, parking needs to be sorted. the parking attendant initially sent me to a full parking lot and was a little jerky when I returned for valet telling me that happens and you just have to deal with it sometimes. it shouldn’t happen, though, as they force you to get a pass from them to park anywhere on site. they should know when they’re at capacity. when I picked the car up, I was waiting with my wife who was on a phone call and the valet killed the car and took my keys … presumably to force me to see him and give him a tip before I left. I went back and took the keys from him and chided him since getting that a/c going in Florida is a necessity.

There was no closet in the room. Consequently, I made the mistake of putting several items in a drawer in our room; a pair of inexpensive, black, fabric water shoes with lime green trim, a pair of inexpensive gray, elastic waistband lounging pants, an inexpensive maroon lightweight sweatshirt with gray trim, an inexpensive weekly, AM/PM medication dispenser containing prescription blood pressure medicine, anti-gout medicine, urinary tract medicine, OTC joint and vitamin supplements and 81mg aspirin and a tube of anti-chafing cream for bicycle riders. Inadvertently, I forgot to retrieve those items before checking out. Upon arriving at my destination near Tampa/St.Petersburg, I realized I had left the above mentioned items in the drawer in room 306 (not 100% sure of that room number). When I called the front desk I was told the items could not be found in the drawer of room 306. If my items were taken by the housekeeping staff, that would be especially disturbing since we left a $20 tip in the room. If the next guest took my things, they would have to especially despicable because the combined total value of all the items was less than $40. Although I fully understand that the hotel is not responsible for any items guests might leave in a room, this was still a very disappointing and disturbing experience. The hotel should instruct and encourage its housekeeping staff to check all drawers when cleaning rooms and return all found items to the front desk.

Street noise was bothersome and woke us up at night. The shower head was very dirty and needed descaling. Furniture showed wear and tear.
