It’s a timeshare so you’re not guaranteed a view. In fact our booking stated we had a sea view but turned out that we didn’t get that at first until we raised this with the management. They were very accommodating and arranged for us to change rooms the next day.

The view is amazing, and the facilities are good. The rooms are little dated but ok.

Kitchen very dated....fridge in rough shape. Sofa bed for second adult couple very poor and uncomfortable with little bedding. No bbq utensils in unit or near bbq pit area. No view but a parking lot and trees behind and location in complex unexciting. Very poor value for money in comparison with other vacation properties.

Main bedroom comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and lotion etc. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Large unit, so room for 4 adults to move around.

You do need to be careful about leaving any food out as we had ants coming in.

The grounds were amazing, condo was extremely clean, staff were all friendly, the pool is awesome, and the view to watch the sunset is beautiful.

The kitchen could be updated and cleaned a bit more. We had to wipe down and deep clean our own coffee maker because it was weirdly sticky. There were also ants hanging around on the counters.

Very relaxed timeshare condo stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Free beach chairs and cooler. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to find parking. Very quiet on the grounds, and much more laid back than a big resort. The view from the lawn was also beautiful to watch the sunset. Perfect location for exploring the north shore, and very close to Hanalei.

It says ocean view but “it’s not guaranteed”. We paid extra for a birthday trip and splurged on the ocean view and when we got there we weren’t anywhere near the view. Our balcony overlooked the lot we parked in.

The view is amazing and the property has a cool community atmosphere, hosting socials for people to mingle in common areas.

I was blown away at how extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating the staff members were. They truly went out of their way and worked overtime to help us with our stay. I appreciate them dearly. The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and very large.

The room the gave us had old bathrooms that did not look like the photos on the website. I found hair on the sink and in the bathtub. The entire complex does NOT have A/C compared to Bali Hai condos next door that do. We stayed at Bali Hai last time we visited Kauai, but chose to try out the Cliffs since the reviews were good…but if we had to choose again, we would’ve stayed at Bali Hai instead of the Cliffs. I had to complain to the front desk about our out-dated 1970’s bathroom, so they switched us to a unit that had the modern bathrooms that were renovated. Still, the cleaning wasn’t great, I found a hair on the sink. I would also say that the pool at Bali Hai is much nicer than the pool at the Cliffs. We shouldn’t have to request to have a renovated room if it was suggested on our booking photos.

The location is nice since it is on the cliffs and has a view of the ocean.

Property is a little dated-refrigerator door showed signs of rust and sofa in living area was uncomfortable to sit on.

Location was close to Hanalei Bay, Lumahei Beach and Queen’s Bath! Beds were comfortable and condo was spacious enough for 4-6 people.
