The roaches!! And they only give you two large towels only there aren’t any washcloths in the rooms you have to ask for them and then go to the front desk to get them. Tried to upload the videos but it won’t let me!! I have 4 videos on roaches everywhere. And now they are giving me a runaround about getting my money back when the first night I had to sleep in the rental in the parking garage on 7th which they referred us to park. Which I got woke up at 6:30am to leave cuz you can’t sleep in cars in that parking structure.

I didn’t like anything!!!! This hotel is infected with roaches and not baby roaches they are huge roaches!! They were everywhere in my fridge, the coffeemaker, all the snacks on top of the fridge, crawling out of the wall outlet I ain’t never seen nothing like it in an hotel in my life.

The room smelled like wet mold when we checked in! But the absolute worst part was we didn’t have hot water our entire stay. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone up but nothing was ever fixed. We had to take cold showers for 4 days!!! They came to clean our room one time during our entire stay and didn’t even give us fresh towels. We had to ask multiple times for fresh towels. Horrible stay, not worth the cheap price! Do NOT stay here!!

Doesn’t specify there is no parking nearby and you must incur addition amounts to park. The property is very old and tired. The bed was like sleeping on concrete, while booking an accessible room it is a long distance from the very ancient elevator that you were always waiting on, as it was soo slow and creaked and made terrible noise. If I could have gotten my money back and stayed else even for more money I would have.

Floors were dirty and Sticky. Patio door wouldn't lock which was a security issue because we were on the first floor. The water in the shower didn't get hot the entire trip, and the room was poorly lit. Could barely see while getting dressed. Definitely not worth what I spent for my stay.

Some items in the room seemed old and crusty. Lots of things could be updated. King mattress had a huge dent on one half of it so we basically slept in a double avoiding the dent. I didn’t book this for the pool so it wasn’t a big deal for me. If someone was looking to have a nice pool I wouldn’t recommend this one. It’s small and in the middle of the attached restaurant outdoor seating.

The location is great, right in the heart of south beach, close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice touches with the provided glassware and mini bar in room.

The hotel is old. And I am not sure how clean it is. We found a cockroach on our bed. I know in that climate cockroaches are more common, but still, wasn't really thrilled about it.

The location is great. You can get to South Beach in a few minutes. Plus there are a few small restaurants nearby, so you have options for dining.

So we didn't like a couple of things: 1. The room we had, #112, there was so much noise we hardly slept. We had noise from the lobby at night, noise from the pool in the morning, noise from the cleaning crew in the mornng vaccuming in the mornings, slamming doors all the time. The noise in general was so annoying. 2. The coffee shop next door, Limonada Bar + Brunch, was soo rude! On the last day, we went to have coffee in the outside area and I had a small pastry from my room and the waitress was beyond rude. We scolled me, ordering me that I could not eat the small piece of pastry and waiting by our table until I put it away in my bag. Was that necessary !? We were having coffee and I don't what the big deal was! Its not like I brought a full meal fromt the outside? Nevertheless, the manner, tone and disrespectful manner was unnecessary and unacceptable. If I had known the restaurant at this hotel was so rude, I would have never stayed here. Furthermore, I will not be staying here or referr anyone this hotel

The only thing we liked was that the main entrance were locked preventing the homeless from keeping out.

Nothing the hotel smelled of urine and fecies in the iron and we sw a rat that was so big. There was mold in the shower

I liked nothing about this hotel the staff was rude and disrespectful. They turned on music at 6:30 am at the bar next door.

We got our not cleaned and not prepared room after 4:30 pm with disgusting moldy pillows!noThis property needs a huge maintenance!! We went to be there for new year! Not any sign if property manager ( we were told she was on vacation - during the holiday no replacement or sub manager!Two not trained hotel staff Daniella & Samantha don't know anything about customer service!! The most dirty places i have ever seen.

I liked the way how rude two staff i dealt with got trained not to have mannerisms.
