Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe had trouble with our shower. When anyone took a shower the entire floor in the bathroom flooded. Since the toilet was after the shower, it made using the toilet difficult without getting wet feet. We requested replacement espresso coffee pods but never received any. We requested 4 extra sets of towels due to the flooded floor situation and only received 3 towels, no sets. The front desk people were not welcoming at all. I have not received a final bill for the room and it is 24 hrs later. This hotel has some issues.
The hotel was in a good location. The elevator was fast. We rarely had to wait.

United StatesI checked inJuly 15th 4:30 pm, our room was not ready the reception told us we can have late check out at 2 pm on 17th july. when 17th came they sad they cannot let us extend till 2 pm only till 1 pm, we had a baby so it was tough to re-organize our plan. i am a hilton honors member, usually all hilton gives us excellent service and keeps commitment

United StatesThe restaurant’s breakfast was outrageously expensive. A $45 buffet? Who loves a buffet? Also bar in room was not restocked. Since the downstairs bar was closed already at 11pm (though full?!?), we could not have a nightcap using the alcohol (bourbon) we preferred. Not a big deal, but some glasses were gone, too… otherwise, and most importantly, Christina and other staff were charming.

The Conrad has done a fabulous job renovating the hotel. The staff are great and the bellman are exceptional. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Great trip Thanks for the hospitality.
