pricing is apparently supply and demand so sometimes we get a great deal and other times we can't afford it......yet, can we blame them?, it's an awesome place!

The continental breakfast had products that were healthy not cheap. For example, the granola tastes homemade with gluten free options, Chiboni yogurt (not full of sugar), blueberries that are huge with no stems or bruising, and plenty of coffee to go (Keurig) or freshly brewed. The beds are comfy cozy, wishing I could have slept in!

Nothing! Excellence In the hospitality industry!

The Constance is so private and comfortable! We have stayed there a few times and I am amazingly surprised how comfortable it is, quiet with personal attention, knowledge staff willing to share historical information and local happenings! Guests are equally interesting at breakfast where information can be shared as to what to do in the area. If it was possible to give a place a perfect score, this visit and hotel would be the winner!

I do not believe there is an elevator, so if that is an issue, consider the first floor for a room.

Right in town. While a historic property, it was well-maintained. Continental breakfast included granola, blueberries, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea.

My only issue is that around 1am there were several people in the hallway slamming a door twice and talking very loud, which awakened me and they were persistent enough that getting back to sleep was hard. If there were more signs about quiet hour that would maybe have helped but idk. Breakfast could’ve had more options but overall was good.

Fantastic locations and facilities when visiting the charming Berkshire town of Lenox. Noah went above and beyond to ensure that my party was comfortable after a red-eye flight and long drive from the west coast. Staff is terrific.

We had no complaints or additional suggestions. We wish we could have stayed longer.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our room was lovely with ample space. The continental breakfast offered many delicious choices, and the afternoon cookies were a bonus. As it was off-season, the price was right. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Breakfast area was crowded, yet the room is usually empty. No complaints!

Wonderful stay during a snowy weekend. The room was comfy with high end linens and bedding- no flipping around because it’s not my bed. We walked everywhere..shopping, meals, and Sunday Mass. The daily text reminding us we can text any requests or questions was a nice touch. Will stay here again!

Our room was uncomfortably warm. We tried to adjust the heater down but was still too much. We had to open all the windows to sleep.

The bed was not the most comfortable I have used but it could have been that I was too tired after hours of drive.

The house is so charming and cozy, located in a peaceful and lovely street and town. I travelled in the fall and it was a dream.

Beautifully restored to a lovely B&B type atmosphere. Rooms are smartly decorated and the common areas feel like a like a nice warm hug. Breakfast was a tasty continental breakfast. Very fresh. The staff was kind and welcoming.

The Constance met my expectations of staying in a large grand old home in the Berkshires. Our room was on the first floor and was much larger than I expected. The bathroom was also large and had a modern connvenient shower. The Constance had a large front porch with plenty of furniture to allow various guests to sit in comfort and enjoy the views. The hotel was also one block from the charming center of Lenox and was an easy walk away. The breakfast was fantastic-lots of fresh fruit and juice, bagels and breads, good coffee options and the setting was very informal.

Self-service cold buffet but plenty of pastries, yoghurts, fruits and some homemade goodies. Good coffee that we took outside and enjoyed the terrace. Excellent location and easy walking to the restaurants etc., the staff were friendly and charming.

The bathroom was tiny. The shower was even smaller. The floors were very squeaky though that’s to be expected in an old inn. Parking is tight when the inn is full. Breakfast was ok.

The location was fantastic. The staff was great and the room was spacious and the king bed very comfortable.

The hotel does not have a bar. One of the other hotels on our stay had an honesty bar for beer & wine which might be an option here, as relaxing on the veranda with one would be great! Although, you can bring your own but harder to have chilled.

The hotel was a five minute stroll into town. Breakfast was continental but plenty of options. The blueberry muffins were excellent! The room was spacious and clean and the team at the hotel where very welcoming & helpful.

The Porch of dreams! I could sit out there all day! The Decor! Perfection The room! Super comfortable Bed, Huge TV and Roll top Bath! Fantastic welcome by Jeff! Thankyou. Great Breakfast which was laid out so beautifully. The Location you could not wish for a better location! You would be mad not to stay here!! I’ll definitely be Back!
