Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We staying in this hotel specifically because of it's downtown location. Parking was super-easy in the attached garage ($11.25 for over night). Staff was friendly during check-in, check-out, and during breakfast. Room as fine. We chose the buffet breakfast (included in our reservation) and it was more than adequate....scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage links, bacon, pastries. We will definitely stay here again if we have activities in Downtown Lincoln.

United StatesI had informed the hotel I was traveling with 2 service dogs. They did not provide any bowls or mats or treats as advertised for canine guests. There was a dog in the room next to mine that was barking for a while. I received a phone call on my cell phone after 8 pm from an individual who identified themselves as a security guard. There had been a noise complaint from a customer trying to put a baby to sleep. #1 Why didn't the security guard come to the floor and investigate what room the barking was coming from? #2 Why didn't he call me on the hotel phone? #3 Why would you put guests with a baby on a floor with animals? The propert could use a refresh
The hotel was nicely located off the highway with easy access. The valet and check in process were easy. The property was clean The bartender in the restaurant was delightful and went above and beyond to help me and my dogs feel comfortable and taken care of.
