Had to park by front door as there were no spots. Our room was in the back, and we had to carry our luggage two parking lots. The blankets are close to fuzzy sheets.

-Stains on carpet and on the chairs. -The breakfast is a desaster! Not only the food, especially the tini tiny sitting aerea! That is a joke! This accomodation holds a lot of guestrooms. A LOT! Big tourgroups are staying here. Therefore they should hold more as five tables available for breakfast. The hotel describes the breakfast on their internet presence as 'deluxe', which is an audacity! Unfortunatly the breakfast room in the 2nd house had been closed. Too little space (and not enough food) for too many people!!

-The interior of the hotel is really nice. It feels cosy staying there! -The location is great to explore the area and many shops are nearby. -The popcorn machine gives the entrance a nice touch.

The breakfast was terrible. Bagels tasted old, didn't have many choices, the pump soap, shampoo, and conditioner is not very sanitary especially not knowing who used it before, had plenty of towels but only had 3 wash cloths for a 2 day stay, room not freshened up on the second day. We stay here whenever in Lancaster but this time was not as good.

*Breakfast was very simple, bagel, small cut up pieces of muffin not even a, whole one. *We had first floor room which I loved, BUT we could hear every noise from upstairs, their toilet flushing, their beds freaking, them walking. *Very outdated. *They also need to put screens on their sliding door. We couldn't enjoy fresh air bc no screens and there was a lot of bees. Otherwise, I would definitely go back but needs to update & make sound proof better.

Everything was super clean. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Gave us choices to go and do things in town.

beds were standard double beds, not queen-sized; breakfast could have been better with healthier options such as whole-wheat bread, plain (no sugar) oatmeal and yoghurt

heated indoor pool and jacuzzi; fairly quiet given location on a busy commercial highway (esp. if you get a room in the back building--you have to walk outdoors briefly to get to the pool, but it's worth it for a quiet room); very friendly staff; unique country decor in rooms and lobby (not the industrial hotel/motel standard); coffee always available in lobby; microwave in lobby; fridge in room; large room with porch and rocking chairs (nice to be able to sit outside); pretty decent breakfast included in room rate; good location for driving to various Lancaster sites (outlets, downtown, Amish attractions, county park, etc.)

Minor small things didn't work, like the hair dryer, and light in our bathroom. Fan was loud. A bit dated, carpeting seemed old. Breakfast is just contiental.

The only thing that could be better is that you hear everyone in the hallway walking past rooms at all hours.

Motel is older, but very nice, clean and plenty of room. Lovely deck with rocking chairs nice for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.

At the pool the light turned off without any warning to close for the night. The same is true with popcorn available in the lobby, at 8pm each night the host throws it in the trash without warning.

It is a cozy and clean Inn in a great location. The room are a good size.
