There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

The hotel was great. It was just a short walk to get to anything in the main area of town and Front Beach was right across the street if you wanted to spend the day at the beach. There was a small park adjacent to the property that was very nice that you could go to for quiet time. The room was excellent - very spacious and kept very clean. Couldn’t beat the view either - waking up to see the ocean in front of you was great. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Detached bathroom was a surprise. I may have overlooked this when booking but at this price on-suite is expected.

I would have preferred a little more info about local eateries. Maybe menus. I think we were pre season so your dining was not available

We only stayed 2 nights but we loved the accommodations! Very clean. I loved the decor and the space. Can’t wait to come back to area. Didn’t meet staff. Did everything online which was new to me. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Though we hope to return the price during peak season is 3 times as expensive. While there are only 120 days/nights where this type of hotel can make it's money, the dollar value of the stay may be prohibitive to some folks. The offseason pricing is a terrific value, however.

The view was breathtaking - directly accross the street from Front Beach. You could open the window and see and hear the waves against the backdrop of Rockport Harbor. In addition to the beach, it is just a few minutes' walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was thoughtfully designed, well appointed and super clean. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. A fantastic off season stay- thank you!

Needs a little more privacy on the window facing the decking ( perhaps a blind) we couldn’t appreciate the view from the room when other people were using the shared deck

I could not find a staff member to inquire about needed amenities, ice, area, etc., so a general reception area would be good. As beautiful as the common lounge area is, a person would be nice to connect with.

The place is beautiful, and location fabulous! I would like to stay on a weekend when the patio is open.

We had very loud neighbors above us and woke us up each night. You could hear every step they took, and they were blaring music on our second night. We did call the hotel and they did make two calls to them and followed up with me via text and email which was great but very frustrating to be away for a weekend with a two year old and he woken up each night and he worried about them waking our child up.

It was right across the beach, fabulous location. Very modern and well kept. Clean and easy to get too!

Great location and beautiful room. Comfortable beds and very hot shower. It was a little warm in the room and we couldn’t use the a/c yet according to the note left by management. Also, the clubhouse was closed the following day, which was a little disappointing. Overall, great stay…would stay again
