Urania and Joel rent out the Cozy Villa right next to/behind their house. Easy to contact and make an appointment to hand over the keys upon arrival. Very friendly welcome, guided tour of the house. There were drinks in the fridge, as well as cake and wine. We were able to use the garden house as well as the terrace and the (heated) pool alone. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had. There is a parking space available in front of the house (limited street parking). The house is very clean, has a heater that heats up very quickly, fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi. Bathroom/toilet on the ground floor - 14 steps up to the bedroom. Nice neighborhood, also some cafes and restaurants on W Pico.

During our stay in Los Angeles, Joel and Urania provided an absolutely divine place to stay! Their home is nothing short of spectacular with a fantastic pool and a fully functional kitchen that made our stay incredibly convenient. The bed was super spacious and unbelievably cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. Upon our arrival, they even welcomed us with delectable pastries and wine, elevating our stay to an unforgettable experience. Joel, as the house owner, was always ready to assist us without hesitation. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality! When we return to LA next time, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

The Cosy Villa is probably one of the best property I have been so far. Everything is perfect, clean and tidy. Joel & Urania are great hosts, they are very open and nice and they took care of everything (also provided tons of complementary stuff (towel, bathrobes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, drinks, snacks etc..)). I really recommend this property.

Search no more! This is the perfect place to enjoy a luxurious stay with lovely hosts. Everything has been thought of and is available to you: comfy bed and furnishings, luxurious shower and a perfect kitchenette. Plus, a wonderful and private pool with comfortable seating. Fabulous location, making it easy to get around Los Angeles. We highly recommend it and plan to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the cozy villa in Los Angeles, and it was truly a delightful experience. We didn’t mind at all, but the stairs inside the villa might be inconvenient for some. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so going to the bathroom at night requires going down the stairs, which are a little steep.

We loved everything about this place! The location is a beautiful, quiet street. Everything was so welcoming, with waters and even chocolates and a handwritten note. The hosts were incredibly communicative and genuinely interested in our comfort. And the sheets and towels were clearly very high quality.

Urania is a great host, she made sure that we have everything we needed. We stayed at her guest house at the back of her house and had the place and the pool for ourselves. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the decor was so beautiful , we definitely felt like home away from home. Will suggest our friends and family to stay there.

My only regret is not booking for longer days.

My stay at the cozy villa was absolutely wonderful, the home was even better than photos suggested , with a great contemporary furnishings, our Cal king bed was stunning and comfortable. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay, I particularly enjoyed the privacy that was given to us, from a private entrance to a parking spot, and a swimming pool steps away from the home. The location of the villa was perfect for exploring the local area and everything that it had to offer; great restaurants, bars, shopping mall and the beach is only 15 min away. This home is a perfect choice for a single person or for couples, overall my experience was truly exceptional and I would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury vacation. Thank you to the amazing hosts Joel and Urania I will definitely come back again!
