The location was perfect for visiting areas like Soho, The Village, and even the East Village. We spent most of our time within walking distance to the hotel, where there are lots of great restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, jazz bars, and shopping. There was a subway station close to the hotel so you could easily access the city by subway if walking isn't your preferred mode of transport. Staff were very friendly. They allowed us to stow our bags after check-out and when we returned later, we were able to sit in the lobby whilst we waited for our driver. The best part of our stay was the complimentary upgrade when we checked in. It was unexpected and we went from a king room to a suite! It was huge, with a good view. The hotel was a great place to stay for our vacation. We would absolutely return, and I would highly recommend The Dominick.

Location is great, staff is polite, attentive and helpful, the view was magnificent, room was spacious and clean. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we have got a small gift, which was very nice surprise, thank you! :) Would definitevely come back!

We were told we’d have access to a spa on our stay and a pool, which we didn’t- youve To pay for a very expensive treatment if you want use of the steam or sauna There were also roadworks happening outside our room we weren’t warned about

THE VIEW FROM THE 32ND FLOOR was amazing. The minibar was fully stocked with snacks & a wide range of drinks (champagne, vodka, scotch, wine)- beware: pay as you use.

The suite was expensive and whilst really pretty and well laid out it felt a bit tired in places and maybe needed a refresh. I had a disappointing and very pricy dinner in the Michelin restaurant where the staff were not hugely helpful. The other breakfast place was much better both food and service.

It was pricey to not include a bottle of champagne or somethin of that sort on the house.

On check in we were around 2 hours prior to the 3pm check in time, we signed in with reception and paid the balance of the booking. We were advised that our room wasn’t ready, but we could “upgrade”, at an extra cost, to get early access to a room. We opted to leave our bags and take in the local area. We were advised that reception would call when the room was ready, however, that call never came but we made our way to the hotel after 3pm and checked in no problem. A number of lifts (elevators) were out of use making wait times to get to rooms longer. This created queues at the lifts but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience most of the time.

Location excellent. Door staff were amazing, special mention to Marek who was most helpful! He was always on hand to give advice. Views were amazing! Room was really nice, we stayed in a one bedroom suite. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there were 2!

I didn't like the lights in the bathroom (is a white light and in only one side of the mirror! Impossible to make up), the pillows were too thin, and there isn't a place to drink something or eat something. The "bar"at the seventh floor is totally bland, charmless and stinks of grease. And the place where the breakfast is served is often fully booked and the price for room service is incredible high.

I loved the location, the staff is so friend and committed, the decoration is beautiful and the room is very confortable.

I greatly appreciate the exceptional level of cleanliness maintained at the property. The strategic location of the property, in close proximity to a plethora of remarkable restaurants and convenient shopping areas, is truly commendable. Furthermore, the breathtaking views offered by the property are simply immaculate. I am indebted to Gabby for going above and beyond in upgrading my room.

You should expect nothing special unless you take the SoHi suite in the corner and above 33 floor. Otherwise you will end up looking at the windows of the other building instead of promised views
