It’s very small and there’s no where to put things in the bathroom. For one night and/or one person that’s fine, but if you were a couple staying a longer amount of time with lots of stuff you would be tripping over everything. There’s no facilities here at all, but the hotel is generally furnished to a good standard. You had to pay $1 for baggage storage!

The reception team very poor communication skills. They looked bored and disinterested in their job and gave no information about the room or where any of the facilities were within the room, it was raining and we asked if the hotel had any umbrellas for guests the gentleman on the desk just stared at us like we were idiots so I guess that meant no.

The room although small was good in terms of comfort and great shower. The coffee machine was easy to use and the safe once found ( hidden and incorporated into the foot of the bed ) was simple to use. No room for hanging any clothes though unless you don’t mind hanging them up over the coffee machine.

Rooms AC vent was covered by tape, so the room did not cool below 75 degrees. The tape looked like it was installed by the hotel.

The room with city view (at least the one I was allocated) doesn't really have much view on the city. Our window overlooked the tip of the Empire State Building and the back side of a tenement building across the street. Probably still a better choice than no vie. That one would probably be facing a wall?

The only issue I had with the property is how the cleaning staff operated. There was a time where they didn’t clean the room I’m more than one occasion. Leaving piles of dirty towels in the bed unmade along with not taking out trash that was piling up. I did communicate that with the front desk but I don’t believe they understood what I was talking about.

The overall theme of the property is adorable! I love the blue and white scheme and the touch of iconic Hollywood moments and art throughout it. It’s perfect for the solo traveler, since the rooms are the right size and space to move and do as you please.

Room sizes are not incredible spacious, so limited room to open a suitcase. Also, limited wardrobe space. If staying for longer than a couple of nights, or with more than one person, may not be as suitable.

Very good location if you want to shop on 5th Avenue. Also in very good proximity to Times Square, the Empire State & Rockefeller. Good travel routes to lower Manhattan. Property itself was clean, very large bed and friendly staff. Ideal for a solo traveller.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean and updated but it was a tight squeeze for a family of 4 with very little space for luggage. The location was perfect for Christmas sights- short walks to Byrant Park, Rockefeller Center, Macy’s and more. The location felt very safe!

Asked ahead of my stay whether a bottle of champagne could be waiting for us in the room for when we arrived as I’d booked for my girlfriend’s birthday, but the request was ignored by the hotel :(

a bit of a funky smell in bathroom. Smelled like mold though I couldn't see any. Perhaps the mop or rag they used to clean? Anyway I told front desk and they assured me they would look into it for next guest. They could use another shelf in bathroom for stuff.

Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Location is excellent. 3 blocks from Bryant Park. Close to everything. I am a walker so walked everywhere from there. Hotel i s 2 yrs old and modern. They only charge you $1 to store your luggage upon checkout if you want to still walk around.
