Overpriced in my opinion. Rooms a bit dated, furniture needs a refurnishing. Bed mattress was too soft, I found myself rolling to the middle every night; it was not comfortable. Breakfast by the pool was very random.

The hotel is quiet, outdoor pool is nice. We had good time. Starbucks by the hotel is an advantage.

they were completely under staffed to the point that you had to check in at hotel next door because they couldn’t operated the lobby and rooms were not cleaned till 5 pm

The experience checking in was terrible. We didn't have our own front desk, so we had to do it at the other hotel, which was fine but the keys weren't working to our rooms for the first 24 hours. We were told to ask housekeeping to let us in, in the meantime and that they would inform/bring us keys when they were working again. No one ever informed us they were working, no one ever got us keys, and half the time housekeeping said they weren't allowed to let us in. There was no communication. My little sister went and got a key, and when I asked the next morning, I was told once again they still weren't working. I was upset, and asked what the problem was and the guy literally stood there staring at me, not answering my questions and just gave me a key. I was VERY worried about safety, since anyone could have just gotten into my room. It made me very nervous. Phones in the rooms didn't work because of no front desk. I wish I would have known all this previously, and I would have picked a hotel that had its own front desk. I was not offered anything as far as compensation, drink tickets, a meal, etc. with all of the issues that we had, no one apologized, they were pretty rude. I would think spending $1,281.00 for four nights, I would have been offered something. Also - the pool had a ton of dead centipedes in it, it definitely needed to be vacuumed more.

I loved the location of our room. The pool was nice, and mostly we liked the atmosphere. We absolutely loved the bartender... I cannot remember his name, it was unique but he was kind and funny. He did a great job!

could not order food at the food truck as they had no cashier. everyone had to order from the bar first. Could not check in at the front desk, had to go next door. The Rooster at 4am - Not good! ice machine broken.

Unable to adjust air conditioning unit, apparently it was controlled. check in office closed, no signs, we had to walk a while before someone finally told us check in was at hotel next door.

Very nice facilities however the check in was closed, no signs . checking next door. air conditioning was fixed and temperature could not be changed. it got hot in the room

Our room wasn't serviced and no clean towels or toilet roll provided on day 2, apparently rooms only cleaned every 3 days. We paid 800$ for 2 nights and felt completely ripped off the hotel even charged an extra 15$ per night to park. The same room was advertised at 170$ per night during our stay. Hotel reception wasn't open during our stay so had to use the hotel next door to check in and out and collect tickets for the shuttle bus. Phone in the room not working so had to go back to second hotel to report safe not working.

Reasonable hotel probably more of an upmarket motel with shuttle bus provided hourly downtown. Decent pool and bar area with snacks available.

The floor of our room was really dirty, it doesn’t appear to be, but it is - socks and slippers were getting dirty almost instantly

We liked that we were able to visit 3 pools, they are beautiful and the water is warm. We enjoyed the hot tub at Hilton. Room was light, A/C was working properly
