Parking is so expensive, we ended up using a parking lot around the corner, also didn’t know there were resort fees!

Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee from the bar, great that you get a small voucher to spend there! Gym is 24/7, rooftop is nice! Nice spot for visiting L.A!

There is lots of street noise in rooms, we were on 2 different sides of hotel. My teenager had a nightclub below them and could hear music all night and we had sirens and street noise on our side all night. we also could have been given a room closer to each other.

The room itself was a little small (difficult to lay out luggage) and you can hear traffic pretty loud at night.

Great place to stay in Hollywood. The hotel looks newly decorated and has pool, gym, valet parking, rooftop and cute courtyard. And, it wasn’t too difficult to find street parking in the area (if you want to avoid valet price). Staff members were very friendly.

Place is luxury, location is decent with good food choices around, heaps of parking around the street just look for it rather than doing valet for $50.

The rooms are very small, not much room. There is no where to store your suitcase within the room. It is in a good location but you will still need a car or taxis to get to places.

The hotel itself is lovely. The pool area on the roof is amazing with 360 incredible views. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The ALK restaurant is also really nice. Within walking distance of the Chinese Theatre.

Reception staff were not the most friendly. No real welcome and thank you for staying. If you want a slightly late check out (up to 1 hour) there’s a 75 dollar charge.

Nice hotel. Cool views from all glass room! Wasn't too noisy considering location. Valet parking $$$ and had to transport our own bags to room once removed from car so not super service oriented. Called for a restaurant recommendation and front desk wasn't extremely helpful/knowledgeable. Had a nice breakfast at the lobby restaurant. Pool area nice.

The room was a little smaller than I am used to based on the daily rate. I was supposed to receive an email receipt for my stay and haven't received it.

- Decent enough location to Hollywood walk of fame and other tourist attractions buy nothing immediately next door E.g. shop. Not a negative per se but something to consider.
