Breakfast was under whelming, but it got the job done

The property is very cute and immaculately clean. There were bikes you could rent for the day on the property which were fabulous for getting around key west. The property is a little bit off the beaten path (about four or five blocks from Duval) but it nice and quiet at night which was a big plus. The fridge was the perfect size for our short stay. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the small sitting area in front of our room on the porch in the morning.

Excellent location in the center of Key West, very nice and clean room, we also had a nice private patio. Free parking wasn't large, but it seemed sufficient for the number of rooms in the house.

Only thing I was disappointed in were pillows. They were lumpy.

We loved our stay at The Grand Guesthouse! The location is perfect. It's walking distance to almost everything, and if it's too far to walk, there is a nearby bus stop to grab the free Duval loop bus. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The outside patio area is beautifully landscaped and a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast. A lovely place for a get away. We will definitely stay here again!

I would suggest fewer packaged items for breakfast. Fresh bagels, breads and eggs would be nice.

There is building work in the house next door but they didn’t start until 8am so don’t let this put you off.

Beautiful house with lots of outdoor areas to sit in the shade. Breakfast was continental self service with freshly ground coffee and lots of choice. Great to be able to park for free in front of the property.

The first night before going to bed I noticed some yellowish stains on the bedding, we removed the sheets and slept only with the blanket.

I liked the breakfast provided and the room service (cleaning). The room was organized and we liked the space and living room area. I also liked the table and chairs outside the bedroom.

Our beds were not the worst but were not very comfortable and pillows needed replacing as they were really flat. We were awakened one evening around 2am by another guest crying and carrying on. Her husband told her she had too much to drink.

Just far enough off Duval Street that it was quiet in the evening. The room was small, but it was clean and had a great shower and a really nice outdoor area! The staff was pleasant and willing to answer all of my husband‘s crazy questions about where to eat and what to do.

People upstairs from us walked loudly but it was only for a short time so we can't complain about that. Most everyone staying there were very considerate.

Coffee!!! Breakfast was simple but very good and convenient. Bikes!! We rented bikes for the entirety of our stay and it was totally worth it. We parked our car in front and biked everywhere! Our room was so comfortable and roomy. We had leftovers for lunch one day using our little kitchen so saved some money that way. It was in a great location that was quiet and close enough to bike around for sightseeing, activities and go out for dinners and music and not feel afraid riding back to the Grand Guesthouse in the dark .... except one night when we went by the cemetery :O. We loved Jeanine!

Rooms are generous in size and the morning breakfast was varied and accommodated all dietary needs. Some hair on bathroom floor at check in but not a big deal. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfy.

Bed was a bit firm, but hardly an issue.

Continental breakfast was nice Apartments a had private entrances with private bathrooms. Ours had a kitchenette. Lots of awesome little sitting areas. The area felt secluded and quiet. It felt a world away from Duval street but it wasn’t. Rental bikes on site. Parking was easy.

Welcoming guest house fairly close to Mallory Square/Dubal/Southernmost Buoy and beach areas (also very easy and reasonable Ubers) Staff go above and beyond for their guests and truly want you to have a good time!
