Absolutely nothing. It’s a great place!

This was an amazing stay! Good breakfast, room was very clean, and inviting, area was quiet and in a nice walking distance from everything. Beautiful neighborhood. The guesthouse was all over lovely. The hospitality was top notch, the best about this stay was the people working there. When we come back to Key West we will stay here. 100% recommend. It’s so nice!!

Room was great on the second floor, nice and quiet. well decorated . Stephen and Jason were fantastic, very attentive to our needs. A nice touch at breakfast was the banana bread and the flowers on each table. Beautiful secluded courtyard.

We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to return. Steven and the rest of the staff gave us an excellent welcome and some very helpful tips. Excellent location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was also really good. Really could not have asked for a better stay for our first time in Key West!

I’ve got nothing bad to say. Everything was above and beyond.

Staff was beyond friendly, answered all questions. The area was well maintained and peaceful. The room was just right, for us. I’m typically a germ-a-fobe, but felt at ease. We would 100% stay here again, this will be our forever spot.

The room we booked didnt have a microwave and the ac couldn’t be turned below 70° due to freezing. Other than that, theres not much I can think of that had any issues. Parking was small but had plenty of parking spaces to the building across the street or so.

It was within walkable range from the bustle of the town plus the beach. The place itself and management was very welcoming upon arrival. Would definitely book again considering they give discounts to previous people who have booked before.

There was nothing I did not like, everything worked perfectly and the staff was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean and the property is well maintenance and lovely.

Cathy is a very nice and caring she assisted us with all of our needs during our visit. The rooms are very clean, fresh and comfortable. We felt so welcomed and there is free tea, coffee and water 24 hours with a beautiful complimentary breakfast spread in the mornings. The Grand Guesthouse is close to everywhere you want to see (we walked everywhere) except one night we took an Uber. We will be returning to the Grand Guesthouse in the future it was a great location, very quiet, peaceful and inviting. I recommend this place to stay.

A slightly squeaky bed but that’d probably be it.

We were upgraded at the time so that was a nice surprise! Although it’s never cheap in Key West, the value here is probably among the better places. The amenities provided were above our expectations and locale-wise, the location was great.

Beautiful property, location, complementary breakfast, rooms were beautiful! We met the owner when we checked in and she was very welcoming. Stephen was awesome and helpful in letting us know what was in the area and giving us directions. Jason was also awesome! Even housekeeping was so nice and helpful. Rooms are exactly as pictured on the website! You are missing out if you don't stay at The Grand Guesthouse! We will definitely stay here again!

We wish that it had a pool but everything else was perfect!!!

Friendly staff who answered every question. Beautiful house, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The room was big enough for a King bed, table plus chairs, refrigerator & closet area. We even had our own outside table and chairs by the door. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. It is quiet on that street. The bathroom is big and clean. Everyday they refresh the towels and tidied up. The breakfast was a nice continental bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc.. Nice pretty area to sit and enjoy your breakfast. We also used the bikes there, it was fun.

The breakfast that was provided was a simple, but plentiful, continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, and water were available 24/7. Happy hour -- with sangria, beer, and soft drinks -- were provided in the evenings. The room was clean, comfortable, with an air conditioner that kept the room cool -- an important matter in Key West. The staff was VERY welcoming and gracious.

Quite overpriced for what you get. We enjoyed our stay immensely but didn't feel it was a good value as it was so expensive and you don't get a pool or a warm breakfast!
