How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There could be more food venues and choices I did not like the Graceland closed at 4:00 pm way way to early maybe for the general public 4:00 pm is fine but if your staying on property they could stay open a little later to accommodate all guest
The lobby was gorgeous and we loved the movie nights

Everything was great, just wish we stayed 2 nights!
Loved everything, the food was great, staff friendly, room was beautiful and so good and spacious, private car park ($10 charge which I thought was very reasonable), very close to walk or get the shuttle bus to Graceland, loved the complimentary PB&J sandwiches at 9pm, great band in the bar in the evening

Food locations closed too early.
Beautiful hotel! Extremely clean and smelled amazing. Loved that it was so close to Graceland and provided a shuttle to the location.

The only restaurant open was packed and really backed up. It took us an hour to get a table and then another hour to get our food. Staff was working hard to keep up with the crowd.
Clean rooms, awesome themed Elvis decor, super convenient to Graceland. Pool was great but not heated.

Daily resort fee seems excessive; is this to cover the cost of the shuttle to Graceland? Overpriced. For that much money, you should get more than a tiny pbj with chocolate milk at night. Would have been happy with a small yogurt/fruit in the morning in lieu of pbj. The showers were weird (too many handles and too many heads) and cold the first day, the fridge didn't work in my room and when I called the front desk this is a direct quote; "No, it's on, it just doesn't get any colder than that."
Location near airport was great. Beds were comfortable. Parking area with surveillance and felt safe.

The Guesthouse was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The heat/ac worked well and was quiet. The water was soft and good tasting. And, the water was good and hot. The shower was excellent. Keep up the good work!

The lack of decent coffee! The room machine made grim coffee and they was one take out coffee shop with just a staff of 2 for hot drinks and snacks which for the size of the hotel i thought was very poor. The line was long and it closed by 6pm!
Big bedrooms, huge very comfy bed plus a good sized bathroom. Quiet too!

Overall a good comfortable 4 star hotel in walking distance from Graceland. Modern facilities but a few slight inconveniences like a weak fridge and $6 water bottles in the room. The staff had to deal with lots of people due to the 2024 total solar eclipse in the region so some issues are perfectly understandable. Definitely recommended for visiting Graceland!

That we didn't stay longer. We are planning our next visit already and planning to stay for at least a week next time.
The Graceland Guest Hotel was absolutely beautiful! Fantastic service, loved the music, the complimentary movie, and most of all, being so close to the Graceland mansion.

Everything the hotel was great & Elvis was right next door!! The airport shuttle service. All staff were helpful & very friendly. We recommend this hotel for anyone visiting especially if your an Elvis fan going to Gracelands. The restaurant suggested by the staff was excellent even had a big pig limo pick us up & drop us home. The hotel grounds are perfect & its stunning as you drive up to the Hotel. We enjoyed our morning hot chocolates & muffins each day. Thank you very much anything was amazing!! The Burns Family

We loved the live music in the lobby and the free Elvis movies each night! It created such a fun vibe. The location is perfect, literally next door to Graceland, and their free shuttles make going to and from Graceland super easy.

Location was fantastic! Free shuttle to Graceland is provided also! First class service-staff were super friendly! Clean room & comfy beds. Shower was huge with good temperature & pressure. Bar downstairs had live music nightly. Coffee shop onsite. Restaurants on site provided a nice meal after touring Graceland and you really didn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. The pool and grounds were pretty (though not open yet due to season) . Tip: offsite - Check out Marlowe’s BBQ restaurant down the street as they have a service that will pick you up in a Pink Cadillac (a true Elvis experience). Beale Street 15 minutes away.
